What’s the only piece of clothing as cool and fun as a tank top with all of the versatility of a jacket? No, its not a jacket with no sleeves, it’s a vest! Which is a lot like a jacket with no sleeves but that doesn’t mean it can’t have its own name and personality. Plus you can’t just cut the sleeves off a jacket and call it a vest. I tried and everyone at work laughed at me and told me to go home and not come back until I understand what a vest is for. Today is actually my first day back since they sent me home to learn about vests, so this is my opportunity to show off what I know. One thing I know is that the best women’s vests are as practically useful as they are adorable. Some of the cutest vests for women is on this page, and the rest of them are on all of the pages that follow. A vest should be warm and comfortable with effective insulation and a classically cool look. To celebrate all of my newfound vest knowledge I wore one to work today and the guy who sits next to me offered to buy me lunch and go over some of the finer points of vest-wearing with me. Vests are an excellent way to complete an outfit, especially if you are unsure if you are going to be inside or outdoors because they are equally suited to both environments. The best vests are great because they go so well with all of your other clothes, and they even come in cool colors that really bring out your eyes. Which look pretty today, by the way. |
