About Water Shoes for Waterpsorts:

Just to be clear, these shoes aren’t made out of water, they are just great for using in water. You might be wondering why you need a pair of shoes just for the water. Obviously you have never been lost on a kayaking trip, because if you had you would know how much of a bummer it is to be walking around a riverbank in the dead of night wearing one fully soaked fur boot while you look for the other one that got sucked right off your foot by the mucky sand. It was not a pleasant evening.

These water shoes are fast drying and comfortable and they have the kind of adjustable fit that will make sure that no wannabe quicksand is going to abscond with your footwear. Water shoes are great for more than kayaking though. Any water sport can be enhanced by the right pair of shoes. I even have a set of steel toed water shoes for when I play water polo, sure they are heavy and make swimming awkward, but they build strength and are not pleasant to play against. I’m just kidding, I don’t play water polo, I think horses belong on land… Unless they are seahorses. We tried to make water shoes for seahorses but they only have the curly tail thing so we had to cancel the project.

Where was I? Oh yeah. Water shoes. They are awesome on the boat, or if you are rafting, or maybe if you are just heading down to the beach and you are uncomfortable with the feeling of sand between your toes. No matter what kind of hydro-adventure you are planning you are going to be glad that you decided to get a pair of water shoes to make the trip more comfortable and enjoyable.
