About Flylow: |
Flylow Gear is a standout in the marketplace of snow apparel giants. They got their start in Colorado when two friends could not find gear that suited their skiing needs. They hungered for a mix of mountaineering and resort apparel. Specifically, gear that fits right, is light and fast, and still looks great while protecting you from harsh elements and demanding terrain. They debuted in 2005 with just a coat and pant, but today have grown to full collections of men's and women's outerwear.
Flylow refuses to sacrifice technical quality for comfort or fit. Their high-tech jackets, gloves and bibs include the likes of three layer stormproof fabric, high-performance DWR (Durable Water Repellant), goose-down coziness and Polaretec Neoshell. You have no excuse to quit the slopes early with features like these. On top of protection and durability, Flylow is dedicated to their social, cultural and environmental impacts. Their products are made from 100% safe and healthful materials ensuring that they do no harm to the planet through their daily operations and manufacturing processes. Additionally, they donate portions of their proceeds to causes such as The High Five Foundation which supports those with life-altering injuries and preventing injuries in mountain action sports, and Protect Our Winters who aims to reduce the effect of climate change on the mountains and winter sports. The founders, Greg Steen and Dan Abrams, still independently own and operate the company. Their mission is to make gear that people actually want, especially for you hardcore backcountry enthusiasts. Flyflow makes sure that when the mountains call, you can answer. |
