Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice and Light I bought this for a trip to DC. I added a 2L platypus hydration bladder to the pack without issue. It was comfortable and allowed me and my wife to carry extra jackets, snacks and the little things we needed. I was worried about not having a hip strap but I never found myself needing it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this pack! I’ve used it several times, and I love the size and different sleeves and compartments for my shoes and stuff. It feels secure on my back while I’m riding my bike and running. I have other Timbuk2 products, and the Rapid Pack seems just as well made and as durable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from one-day hike: Bottles, Bottles, bottles ! This is my go bag for a one-day hike trip. It fits two big bottles (750 ml) inside the side pockets without spending any space in the main compartment. so, you have a 16 liters bags that can carry much more. I was unable to find any bag at this size that had the side pockets for water. It also fits a MacBookPro or a MacBookAir.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Oh it's legit, first Timbuk2 bag but not the last Sahhh dudes. I bought this backpack so that I could carry things for when I'm doing something active outside. I started to look at hydration packs like CamelBaks and other brands so that I could have a hydration bladder(mainly for biking) and carry other essentials like my keys, wallet, phone, and inhaler. Either the packs were too small for what I needed to carry, the reviews were less than positive, or the packs were just flat out ugly. I remembered my brother had like 6 or 7 bags from Timbuk2 and holla'd at him so that I could see how well the bags were made. Anyway I copped the black bag because it looked good and seemed to have what I wanted in terms of load capacity, looks, decent price, and durability. It's been like a month or 2 and I'm so glad I got it because it's the perfect size, has a fair number of pockets(like 6 overall, 3 on outside and 3 inside not counting the main section where you carry most of your load). It's lightweight yet very durable, has reflective parts on the front, the adjustable magnetic chest strap holds together like a champ yet very easy to pull apart. My review might not have been the most organized or well written, just know that this jont is amazing. No complaints come to mind. 5/5 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rapido! I bought this bag primarily for riding to and from my soccer matches. Some games (indoor & outdoor) are in the evening so the huge reflective panel is a big plus. I can easily fit my soccer cleats into the outside pockets and then load up the inside with the rest of my uniform. You would expect it loaded down to feel heavy but even at capacity it feels effortless. I thought this pack was going to be too small to haul my work clothes and it proved me wrong. I've used it quite a few times now for my work commute and I have been thoroughly pleased. Again, it feels lightweight even when full and the shape is quite complimentary even for my wide but short torso. I've also used this pack for day trips to do touristy things. Like I said, it holds plenty (including bottles of liquids) and does so comfortably. The biggest issue I have is the chest strap. I have a really wide chest but there's still not enough strap for me to pull it tighter when I'm on the bike. I thought maybe when the pack was fuller that might change but it doesn't. I would love to have a replacement strap that was shorter to replace the one that came with it. As it stands, when it's not cinched down, it can wander on my back during my commute.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good small pack for daily exercise runs I needed a good, small, simple pack for my daily exercise rides with enough space for a book and a camera, and my bike lock. This fit the bill nicely and proves very comfortable to wear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for a bike ride I've been wearing this pack when I'm cycling around Seattle for the last two weeks or so. It's super light-weight which I LOVE, and the hydration bladder pocket is such a good feature. Despite its small size, I've been able to fit a pair of wedges, a water bladder (full!), all the wallet/key essentials & a 5 lb bag of apples into this bag... and I still made it the 6 miles home comfortably. The side pockets hold my large u-lock perfectly, and I wasn't scared that it was going to fall out. I wore the pack on a rainy day (not drizzle, real rain) and I was super surprised when I opened the bag up to realize everything was dry inside, while the jacket I was wearing was soaked through. I TOTALLY recommend this bag, and it's a steal for the price.
