I ordered two pairs one a half size and one full size larger than my regular size. Both were too small. Previous I owned a pair of North Face boots that were a half size larger and fit perfectly. Really disappointed in the "quality" of your boots. Will never make the mistake of doing it again

I ordered a size bigger than my normal size and they were still too small. The tongue of the boots was very stiff and felt very uncomfortable. I have had several pairs of North Face boots and loved them but these boots were terrible. Don't waste your time, I sent mine back!
