Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this coat! Bought this coat for my daughter who finally decided she wanted to be warm this winter! I absolutely love mine and I know she will love hers too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent parka!! Super warm! I bought this during the A2 Art Fair sale to replace my super old one and i am so glad i did. I am 5'7 and around 170 lbs and i bought a large so i could comfortably put a sweatshirt underneath. The pockets are super soft and i love the puffiness of it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks nice I haven’t had a chance to actually use it since it still summer but fit perfect, it’s really soft to the touch and length is what I was looking for. Now will just have to wait to see how it will hold up to the Korean winter. If it does, will be a 4 Star.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Replacing Tired Coat I have not worn this winter coat, yet, but think it’s gray color is more complementary for me than the old black wrap. Will give the old very long coat to our homeless shelter. I am certain a gal could wear it most nights here in California.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super warm! I bought this coat for my daughter who is headed to college in Wyoming. It’s pretty windy there and provides great coverage for the cold days ahead. The good is removable and th coat zips to cover the neck area. Note my daughter is about a size 6-8. We originally bought a small and went to a medium so she could get a sweatshirt under the coat. The return/exchange process was super easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The designer need a Gold Star I am very confident that I will finally be warm and cozy in the winter of 2018. I won’t have to wear layers to stay warm, and this Parka is weightless, which is a total positive for me. I have tried it on and it feels so cushy and “Me”. This is my first North Face, I should have gotten one sooner.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not warm I bought it for the Chicago winters and it is not warm enough for sure. I have a 600 down fill from 6 years ago that was warm and is now worn out. I wish those would be reintroduced I wish I could return it as it did not serve the purpose at all.

What is the difference between this coat and the Metropolis coat? Thanks!

Asked by: Sbardt
Hiya, thanks for your question! Both jackets are similar in many ways, however, there are a few differences. The Miss Metro has 1111 grams of insulation while the Metropolis has 850 grams. The materials differ from polyester iridescent taffeta and satin twill lining on the Miss Metro to a polyester/nylon blend exterior and 100% nylon lining on the Metropolis. The design is different, as the Metropolis has contoured quilting around the waist for a more fitted look. Overall, the Miss Metro edges out the Metropolis in weight, materials and style. Hope this helps!

What is wrong with the zippur?

Asked by: big boy
Hey, Big Boy. I am not sure I understand your question! I know nothing that is wrong with the zipper. Are you referring to the weather protective flap concealing the zipper? That is simply a flap that helps to keep drafts and moisture from sneaking in on you through the zipper! Hope that helps!

I'm 5'8, 133 lbs. Super small on top, a little wider hips. I'd like to get the small but am worried about the arm length. I wear a small in most things. I plan on wearing it with a single layer underneath.

Asked by: addie274
Hello addie274! The sleeve on size small measures about 33.25 inches (from the center back, at the collar, to the cuff), which is a bit longer than some other style coats. I would give the small a try! Thanks for your question!

I'm 4"10 105lbs 34 chest what size do you think. Like things a bit more fitted.

Asked by: Jaclyn
Great question! Based on my personal experience, I would go with the size Small. It will be fitted in the chest and offer the appropriate amount of sleeve length. Because of her petite height, it will fall below her knees for now. But the good part is that she will be able to grow into the Parka as opposed to a Kids' jacket that only sees one season of use. Sounds like a perfect match to me. I hope this helps a little!

I am 5'5" and 140lbs. I am trying to decide between the small and medium. I am pretty small up top, but a little bit larger in the hip area. What would you recommend?

Asked by: wisco
Hiya Wisco, thanks for your question! My office mate is a similar size and she tried on this jacket (for science) in a size small. It fits but it is tight and the arms are a little short. She recommends the medium. Hope this helps!
