The North Face Women's Gotham Jacket is a warm hooded jacket designed for winters in the city. The 550-fill goose down insulation keeps you toasty warm while staying light on your shoulders, and the side panels are filled with synthetic Heatseeker Eco to maintain a sleek fit. The removable faux fur trim increases protection from wind and snow when you need it, and the drawcord hem tightens up when you need to keep chilly drafts from sneaking in.

Is this jacket suitable for skiing or is it absolutely for light recreation and fashion only?

Is this jacket waterproof?
