Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Fit I bought a similar one 3 years ago (black one) that was part of the summit series. I thought that this one was going to be pretty much the same, but it is a little bit bulkier an the stripes are thicker which makes it look bigger

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It will come in very handy - in the winter! This will be wonderful for cold and blustery days in Michigan. Probably too much until it is below 20 degees with wind as it is quite the warm parka. Looking forward to putting it to the test this winter (and for MANY) winters to come!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great coat for cold, windy conditions I was looking for a nice warm jacket with a hood that I could use on those really cold windy days when out walking the dogs, hiking or even when skiing and chose to go with the Corefire Jacket. It is a great combination of warmth with 550 fill down and strategically placed heatseeker insulation along with gore windstopper fabric that really does a number against the cold and wind. Has lots of pocket space and although it is heavier than most down jackets, to me was not too heavy at all and moves very freely.

What's the temperature comfortability rating on this jacket?

Asked by: Alpine11
Hiya Alpine11, thanks for your question! There is no temperature rating for this jacket. This is because warmth is subjective. (What is warm to you may not be warm to me.) That said, this jacket is intended for skiing and snowboarding in cold and chilly climates. Most people consider it a warm option for 20 to 40 degree temperatures, or colder with proper layers. Hope this helps!
