Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Review follow-up: no progressThis is a follow-up to the review I posted on Sat, 30 Jul 2022 15:43:30 GMT.
As suggested in Suunto's reply, I contacted the customer support team, who could only confirm my analysis and say they would escalate my suggestions to the development team.
I hoped that upgrading the software to its latest version (2.23.20) would bring at least a couple of improvements based on my suggestions made 4 months ago. Unfortunately not: de-activating "Energy saving" still requires at least 13 key presses, displaying the Altitude screen still requires 5 presses including a longer "pause" on the HR screen. Hence my 2 stars only...
After reading on the 9 Peak Pro page: "We also completely redesigned the user interface, making it even more intuitive to use and easier to read", I look forward to the availability of this new redesigned interface on the 9 Peak.
If the UI flaws dealt with in my first review are not addressed at last, I will regretfully sell my 9 Peak as second hand, and buy another brand. Too bad since I had been very satisfied with my Suunto X6 for more than 15 years.

Nice sport watch, but poor softwareEverytime the “date” will reset to “01 Jan” after you power off, you need to sync the watch in order to resume to actual date.
I purchased the Suunto 9 Peak Birch White Titanium version. Please update the firmware to resolve this software issue asap.

Best running watch I've ever hadLoved this product from the moment I unboxed it
Looks great, very comfortable to wear and weighs almost nothing
The linking to my coaches planned training via the partner apps is absolutely brilliant. My complex workouts (and simple) seamlessly transfer from my coach to my watch. I literally just hit start and my warm up, reps, rest and cool down is already running. Effortless so I can concentrate on the run and mindless so I don't need to faff about to get my session plugged in
I haven't even scratched the surface of the features on this beast of unit. Totally worth the money. Youd be mad to choose another brand

Powerful sport watchIt is a watch that is powerful in its simplicity. Excellent heart rate sensor But the watch face is not as much as it should be. It should be possible to add music to the watch.

Most expensive Brick on the marketI am the proud, but very irritated, owner of a Suunto 9 peak (moss green).
I bought it 2021-10-14 from a retailer.
Since then I have had numerous software issues with it, and had to factory reset it no less than 5 times.
The first time was when an over the air update failed, and I had to format it and manually install the update as per Suunto's instructions.
And every time since then has been for the same reason: I format the watch, then it works for a few weeks, and progressively it becomes slower and slower - initially saving an activity after finishing it takes a few seconds, then a minute, and it is now again up to 3 minutes before the saving circle on the watch disappears. The GPS acquisition becomes slower, up to a point when the GPS, like today again, keeps losing signal and draws random lines through areas and streets and even buildings when it picks up signal again. Activating a new activity also becomes more difficult - clicking on exercise, and then opens the first on the list (which is the last one done), this takes several seconds, then scrolling to the next they are (now again) just blank, and takes almost a minute to load the screen for the activity, then if I select the activity, it takes a minute to load the start button.
I HAVE HAD ENOUGH NOW. I can't keep resetting it! This thing was WAY TO EXPENSIVE to have to deal with this.

Better than my previous Ambit 3 PeakAlthough it’s a very well built watch, with a nice interface, good screen and a strap with a good touch to the skin, my main concern is the lack of swim drills, which is available in Ambit models (I used to use a Ambit 3 Peak). Besides that, it’s perfect.

Two questions: What warranty is offered with this watch? Is the rechargeable battery replaceable?

Hey there, thanks for your question.
Suunto has a 2year limited warranty on their smart watches. The Peak 9 battery can physically be removed, but the battery is unique and needs to be in the watch to charge. We would not recomend removing the battery yourself. In case of abnormal capacity decrease due to defective battery, Suunto covers battery replacement for one year or maximum 300 charging times, whichever comes first.

At this time there is no specific golf features for the Suunto 9 Peak. That being said it keeps track of your activity statistics like duration, heart rate, and distance. You can prove just how calm you were with that birdie.
