I'd been eyeing these for about a year, but cost and a bad experience with a different style of Sorel boot gave me pause (too small, back loop broke off, slipped constantly on snow and ice, etc.). My friend recently bought these though and raved about them, convincing me to give these a try--she was right! They're super comfortable, didn't need to break them in at all, and they fit regular socks and my thicker wool socks without feeling cramped. I did order half a size up because of my previous experience with Sorels, but my friend ordered her normal size and they fit just fine with any kind of sock as well. They're also durable, have held up in all kinds of snowy, icy, slushy conditions this winter, I'm not slipping and sliding everywhere like I did with the other pair, and being waterproof is a huge plus. They're also pretty stylish and I often get compliments while wearing them. Definitely my everyday, go-to boot now and I wish I bought these sooner!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from So cute, but fit was off First, these shoes are so darn cute. Unlike some others, I found the quality to be very good. I first tried my usual 8.5, but felt the toe box was cramped. Then I tried the 9. The toe box and length were good, but the opening at the top of the boot around the ankle on the right boot was noticeably bigger than the left. This made them feel sloppy. The fit just doesn’t work for me. Somehow with the boot being the correct size to possibly a little big, my foot hurt after half an hour just wearing in the house. Something about the angle or pitch of the footbed. I’m so sad because I really, really wanted these boots! Sorels are great quality and aesthetics, but the fit is always a miss for me, and I have an average to narrow foot.
