Durable Water Repellant
DWR (Durable Water Repellent) is a coating that is applied to fabrics which makes them water-resistant, or hydrophobic. A DWR finish doesn't interfere with breathability, which makes it perfect for adverse conditions in the backcountry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this jacket! Love this jacket because it's form fitting and yet has some "give" to it from the stretch material panels running from the inside arm through pit and down the side of the jacket. Probably not the best choice for cold and windy as that same stretch material is definitely not wind proof but for my purposes as a mid layer over a thin wool top and under a shell, perfect! (as I didn't want a hood, did want hand and chest pockets, and wanted something warm yet breathable with some wool material). It's also stylish with the quilting detail, despite the fact I plan to mostly wear it under a shell for skiing. Add to that a fantastic price and my conclusion is outstanding value!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smart looking, well made, sleeves a bit too open It's a good-looking lightweight jacket with a trim fit, I've only had it a few weeks and have already received compliments on it. The uninsulated panels along the sides and under the arms are nice for ventilation (it is warm and I overheat easily) but if the breeze is up or I'm riding my bike with only a t-shirt on under the jacket the sleeve panels can let a bit too much chill through. If I wore a long-sleeved shirt of any kind under this the breeze wouldn't be an issue. Haven't tried it in the rain yet so can't comment on the water resistance. Overall very happy with the jacket so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AWESOME This is a great-looking, versatile, and comfortable jacket. I love the Olive color and the offset pattern. Very happy I ordered this jacket, and MountainSteals had the best price I could find. (PS - If anyone has seen it...I first saw this jacket in the Netflix show "Ozark" when Jason Bateman's character was wearing it, and I bought it right after that)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Lightweight Jacket This jacket over a T-shirt keeps me warm near Denver when the temperature is above 40 degrees. I wear it in the 30's with a T-shirt and long sleeve shirt underneath. It's super comfortable with the wool lining inside. The wind goes through it pretty well though, especially on the sides where there is a different kind of fabric.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Light and warm Good looking jacket. Light and warm. Stretch side panels are not insulated and get drafty when arms are away from side. Would like it to have solid sides.
