I'm usually between a large and x-large, depending on brand, and the x-large fits well. I notice no itchiness, it feels nice and soft. I've only had it a short time, so can't say anything about durability yet. So far, I'm really happy with it.

HOW to MEASURE
Chest: Measure under the arms, around the fullest part of the chest and back circumference.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest point, keeping tape a bit loose.

Hip: Measure around the fullest part of hip circumference, parallel to the floor.

Arm Length: With elbow bent slightly measure from center back of neck, across top of shoulder, to elbow and down to wrist bone.

Inseam: Measure along inside of leg from crotch to ankle bone.
