Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:

All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.

All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.

The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.

Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:

You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.

Earning MJ$:

All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).

Checking & Redeeming MJ$:

On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.

Bonus Rewards Promotions:

Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!

MJ$ on Gift Cards:

You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.

Product Returns and MJ$:

If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.

Program Abuse:

The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

With a water repellant construction and lightweight, breathable fit, you won't be fighting against the elements to stay dry or prevent overheating. The dual Techno 3 Boa system allows you to adjust the fit so that it feels as secure as possible without being restricting. Rated 5 out of 5 by Crankin away from Very light and stiff shoe Picked up these shoes about three weeks ago and have put at least 30 hours on them so far. Very stiff sole and lightweight upper. The fake leather is a bit stiffer than older Sidi shoes, but hoping it will soften up with time. No issues yet with rubbing or chaffing. The BOA-style closures are great, and much better than velcro which was the only thing that gave out on my last pair after 10 years but 2x daily on/off commuting. Very happy with these new shoes!

They fit perfectly, are amazingly durable, and look better than just about anything else out there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Idaho Mike from So far so good - good fit and function. Bought to replace 1997 Dominators whose non replaceable lug soles disintegrated from age the last year. Original pair, leather, Velcro and rachet clamps only lasted 27 years. I'm hopeful the boas and synthetic "leather" breathe and last as well as the original materials. Since the BOA retainers are still over the tongue other shoe when loose, tongue can't be lifted clear of the shoe, so entry is more a push in from the back than step in. Delivery was quick from Moosejaw and Shoes we're new, did not appear to have even been tried on. Was pleased with discount compared to other sources. Too soon to rate quality/durability of new materials. Previous Dominators we're great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Boniface from Great performance I have used SIDI MTB shoes for 12 years and I'm very satisfied all of performance of SIDI MTB shoes. Previously, the shoes was tighten by velcro straps. It was very fast to put on and off, and doesn't loose tightness. My old shoes still working well. I just purchased this for exchanging my old shoes (just worn out). This new shoes have 'Tecno 3 Buckle System'. At first, it feel inconvenient compare to velcro, but it make more comport my feet than velcro. I used 44 size before, it make too tight to my feet. So I choose 44.5 size for this. But, 44 should be enough for me. This new shoes, looks little big to me. However, this new tightness system helps comfortable and it doesn't have any problem in the performance. Color is different in picture. It seems almost beige color but real color is pastel tone green. It seems great to me. My wife say it's beautiful!. I used black (w/ red) before, so I consider gray color this time. Gray also looks good, but I choose sage! Until now I used 10 times (~200 miles) and very satisfied!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by MikeF from Sturdy shoe with an annoying knockoff BOA closure The closure isn't a BOA: it's a knockoff that adds steps. Instead of pulling up on the knob to release or simply turning it counterclockwise (like a BOA), you loosen them by simultaneously squeezing two tiny tabs, and tighten by folding up a thin low-profile crank (look carefully at the mechanism), and then folding it back down. So Sidi engineers took processes that are 1-step on a BOA, and redesigned them with more steps, and parts that dig into your fingers more, and require more attention and dexterity– I'm thinking ahead to wearing full finger gloves when it gets cold again. For 300 bucks, an annoying closer and a large fit costs 2 stars. But if you don't share my neurosis for getting annoyed by inefficient design, buy these: overall they seem as sturdy as my last Sidis which lasted me a long long time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jim Mc from Best shoes EVER! These shoes are fantastic. The boa system is better than anything else i have used, they have a unique lock and release mechanism. The adjustments allow for a perfect fit and they don't loosen during the ride. These shoes are so comfortable you forget they are there and they look great too. Toe box has a fair amount of room which is great. Buy Them !!!
