Last updated January 1st, 2020
Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.

Excellent edging shoeI typically climb in dragos (44). While I prefer soft shoes, they aren't the best for edging or multipitch. I got boostics (44) mostly for outdoor climbing, and they absolutely deliver. There was little to no break-in period and the shoes are surprisingly comfortable considering the aggressive downturn. I find that with these shoes, standing on credit card holds is much less fatiguing than with soft shoes. While I love these shoes, they're probably not for everyone. If you aren't used to aggressive shoes, perhaps try scarpa vapor or instinct.

Edging MonstersBought these a month or so ago and am still breaking them in. Crazy stiff shoe but they’re starting to stretch out a bit more. The rubber is still a bit slick even though I’ve climbed in them a few times now. I can tell they will be a reliable shoe but as a boulderer I wouldn’t recommend these. They’re meant for edging and they don’t do well with smearing or more dynamic footwork. I could stand on thin edges all day with these though.

My favorite stiff/edging shoeThis is by far my favorite shoe for standing on tiny nubbins. I've been wearing the older model for years. Bought the new black/blue ones in the same size but ended up needing to go down 1/2 a size in the new version for the same fit/performance as the old version (42.5 old / 42 new. For reference, I also wear 42 in the instinct VS). I think the newer model is a little more supple in the back half, and honestly they should have just left the shoe alone, but the new version performs basically the same.

Great shoes for small edgesGood shoes, direct all the power to the big toe. I would size up. I wear instinct vs in a 42, bought this one in a 42.5 to get the same fit. Still feels a bit snug

This shoe does not suckGot these sweet puppies in the mail a little over a month ago and have put 50+ pitches on them from tech slabs to steep pockets. These shoes are little stiffies and help keep my whole body engaged through it's amazing platform on the most micro of edges. If you tuffa loving, steep roof pulling, heal hooking junkies are less concerned with how the shoes edge on tech terrain and want something that you could heal hook the moon with well you are in luck. These shoes caress and hold your heal tighter than that cute gal/guy at the crag dose in in your dreams. Yes they are super comfortable and stretch about a 1/4-1/2 size and if you have feet like mine you will be stoked and if you don't maybe try them anyway because these shoes don't suck. *disclaimer* just because these shoes are rad does not guarantee that you will send your 5.9 project in the gym, know how to climb outside or become more attractive to the opposite or same gender.

Amazing edging and toe - multi-colored feet!I bought this shoe in November 2013, and has been on rotation as my go-to shoe for all of the steep and/or thin routes and boulders or anything where I feel like I could use the extra confidence in edging. The break-in period was painful (I bought a size EUR 45 - I wear a US 12 street shoe) but only a month or so long (2-3 climbing days per week, shoe off IMMEDIATELY following the climb). After the break-in, the shoe feels locked-in without excess pressure points.
Two-and-a-half years and two resoles (Rock N Resole in Boulder, CO) later, my feet still turn blue. All of the edging performance you'd ever need, and all it costs is very festive feet for the rest of the life of the shoe. Endless reservoirs of blue and green leather dye. It's almost as impressive as the performance of the shoe.

Great shoe!I've owned these shoes for about a month and I have been extremely pleased with my purchase so far. I wear a size 10 street shoe and went with 42s.
- Great for overhang and vert
- sticky rubber
- comfortable for an aggressive shoe after you break them in
Also, as a heavier climber (~210lbs) these things have made me feel a million more times secure on small footholds due to their stiffness. As a result I am climbing better and have learned to trust my feet.
I have yet to climb outdoors with them but I'm sure they will not disappoint.
Cons:
- they do turn your feet blue/green: not a big deal for me so it didn't affect my rating
- some friction on your toes due to the rubber on the inside

Awesome shoes, blue feetPros-,,So I was extremely excited when I got these bad boys. The break in period was rough, but after 5 or so gym sessions they had completely molded to my feet, and these days I can keep them on comfortably for 20-30 minutes. I finally upgraded from the classic beginner La Sportiva Tarantulas, and the Boostics have performed phenomenally. Vastly improved my footwork for those little baby foot holds. The rubber on the top of the toe, while uncomfortable at first (you will develop a callus there), is great for any toe hooks and bat hangs, if that's your thing. ,,,,Cons-,,There is only one con. These things dye your foot BLUE. Like, super blue. Like you dipped your foot in easter egg dye. Every time you wear them. At first I thought it was because they were new, but I'm about 30 sessions in and it has only worsened. I have to use a pumice stone to get it out of my skin, but usually I just opt out and leave my feet blue. It is a very strange look.
