I did size up and i was glad that i did, they seem to run small. From friends advice, i do know that these are long lasting!

Pergect shoes for esay runs. 10 years ago, when I started running, these were the first shoes I wore. Since then, I just can't switch to another model. They are the perfect shoes for me.

I find that they don’t actually fit wide, that they are shallow (low on the metatarsal muscle and )my feet hurt after about half an hour and arch support is also disappointing. I have continued to wear them, hoping that they would become more comfortable Overall, rather disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the kinvara DNA huge fan of kinvara 12, had 2 pairs of them. Still have the second one. But 13 for some weird reason doesn't feel the same. The sole is stiff doesn't feel the same spring I was expecting. As a health professional I am on my feet the whole day, this one is not serving the purpose. Took them out for long runs hoping for a break in. Had to again go back to my 12s. Something has changed in its dna. Not satisfied this time...

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too small for a wide shoe I loved the Kinvara 12's so much I bought the 13. Not the same. I bought the wide for both the 12 and 13 and the 13 is simply just too small. I have a size 9 in both models and they are night and day. They've made the new Kinvara (wide) narrow, shorter, and with a smaller toe box. Defeats the purpose of having a wide shoe. I was intending to buy two of these but will return. Hopefully they go back to the way the 12 was created, was my favorite sneaker.

Are shoes skid resistant?

Hey there, thanks for your question. The Saucony Women's Kinvara 13 Shoe has very little in the way of a grippy outsole. It has a few areas of enhanced traction at your points of contact but other than that is a very light and simple design. If you are looking for something non-skid specifically for work purposes these are not advertised as being slip resistant. I hope this helps!
