I run in spurts of 3ish miles at a time + sprinting on the treadmill and love them. I use them for cross training, running, and simple things like going to the grocery store. All purpose. Also love the colors.

I told them I was looking for an all day shoe with arch support as I have very high arches. The shoes were ordered on March 24. I have had these shoes for only a month and the padding is starting to break down already. I cannot feel any arch support in these shoes. I am very disappointed.
