When the Echelon 9 was released with the redesign, I was worried that changes to my favorite shoe might impact. I have been very impressed with the Echelon 9 shoe and wear it daily. Highly recommend for anyone that needs a Wide shoe and soft ride.

The E-9 is by far the best shoe I've ever used. The fit and comfort is A+. I feel like I'm running faster. I highly recommend the shoe. In fact, I think my going to buy a second pair right now.

Not as much arch support nor as comfortable as other power run shoes. I find I have more shin related pain after my run with these shoes than with previous power run shoes. Oh well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this shoe This did run 1/2 size small and seems more like a wide than x wide but it is very comfortable. I'm old and my feet have lots of issues. These are light weight and roll with your stride without the unstable "rocker" arch some shoes have. They are wide thru the arch which gives me added comfort with my orthotics and provides for a very stable walking surface. I will purchase another pair once summer gets here and I see if with hot swollen feet I need a size larger or these will still be comfortable. Finding a comfortable shoe like this means retaining your mobility.
