Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Great Support!I bought these a month ago before I moved out to Oregon, I have had other brands, but really wanted something with higher support. These have been perfect. I can't recommend them fast enough.

The only boots for for me but I prefer v. 1-3I have had four different versions of this boot and I like them all. I have a very wide forefoot and short toes. They are the only boots that are wide enough for me and stiff enough for backpacking and occasional crampon use. I love the lace lock. The sizing is a bit bigger than previous versions. The only thing I don't like in this version is the strap over the middle of the boot. If they were more durable I would give them 4 stars. I go through a pair every 1.5-2 years. If only Salomon made mountaineering boots the same shape!

Cool bootsCool boots, all my friends who are familiar with hiking, everyone has these boots, though men. The women's ones are a little different for me. That's why they are female. I want to buy myself the same shoes again and again. Thank you for such cool boots!

Almost Perfect Boots!These boots are great. Super duper great. Purchased for 200 miles of trekking in Nepal and Bhutan during monsoon season. These boots stayed dry longer than anyone else’s. The soles are extremely sturdy/durable and my feet truly never hurt despite the entire terrain being rocks. I only got blisters when the boots were soaked (can’t be waterproof against treading through waterfalls). The one big drawback/design flaw is that the back lip on the heal quite literally curls up. If you are going down stairs, these get caught quite easily on the stair above you and cause either a face plant or do damage to the shoe. Not great. But that is the only complaint! These boots are the real deal!!!!

Best fit for wide feetI've been buying these for 7 years and although the model has changed a little since the first pair I bought, these boots are the best fitting boots I've ever owned. I have super wide feet, and nothing else compares. The water proofing doesn't seem to last too long, but overall, the support and fit have been perfect for me.

Great lightweight walking bootI love thé that there is a walking boot for women that is both stylish and practical. The laces are secure, they are waterproof. I walk between 5 and 10k everyday in them and I haven’t felt any discomfort.

FIRST Mountaineering Boot InvestmentBought this boot after researching online articles and reviews extensively for women's highest rated mountaineering/hiking boots. I'm going to use these for my Kilimanjaro summit trip this summer.Based on reviews I bought my normal athletic shoe size (USA-8M). My foot is narrow at the heel and these boots fit perfectly out of the box. I can loosen or tighten to customize my support when & where needed.
Tested them on dirt trails in a state park: excellent support in all areas of my foot (ankle, arch, toe box, grip, weight).
Tested on pavement and hard surface for a 10mi walk in Manhattan. Not a single issue with fit, durability or weight. My body was sore after a 10mi hike through Manhattan, but not my feet. The support in this boot is so solid that it feels like wearing ski boots to hold your feet/ankles in the proper orthopedic position. Therefore, my body had to acclimate being in a more correct, orthopedic foot support and gait. Which is a good thing for me.
I love the color, the fit and the quality so much that my son bought his own pair in men's sizing.

Sturdy and RobustFrom the time I finally put them on the trail, I found the following:
1. Foot comfort is perfect, and the shoe offers support and cushioning at a high level
2. Traction is solid, and this aids in climbing steep or hills in wet conditions
I love the Shock-absorbing capacity.
The size guide on the page for this shoe doesn't show the inches for each size after you've measured your foot.

It looks like the table below shows both foot measurement in inches and the corresponding shoe size, for instance if your foot measures between 9.4" and 9.6" you would wear a 7.5 or 8. Either way, I'll email you directly with a screen shot so keep an eye on your email.
