Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Great Full Coverage, Warmth & DurabilityI've been a dog owner for 20+years, but have always had Labs with thick double fur coats who didn't mind the cold. Recently I started fostering a boxer/pit bull mix with a very short coat. I learned quickly that he was not a fan of our cold Chicago winters. Poor guy was shivering even indoors. I've purchased Ruffwear products before & have found them to be if superior quality & construction. So glad I bought this Climate Changer fleece jacket for my foster. We both love it! He rolls on his back when I try to take it off, which I think is his way of saying he wants to keep it on. I figure if it's cold enough for ME to put on a sweater, why shouldn't he have one too?! I wasn't sure about the Canyonlands orange color but I was pleasantly surprised! It's very nice looking. Ralph is 70 pounds & very muscular & fits perfectly in a medium. I followed the sizing guide & ordered based on his girth measurement. I love that this jacket has sleeves, full core coverage & a long, heavy duty zipper down the side. Highly recommend this jacket for short haired dogs.

Changed the climate for my puppyI got this super cool jacket for me dog so not only could he twin with me and my other dogs, but so he could play in the snow or have a comfortable walk on cooler evenings. As it turns out, we hit Lake Arrowhead and one of their more dramatic storms. So much fun (except for the sliding car and loss of power parts)!
This jacket is light and easy to put on - fits easily under his harness - I have the Ruffwear webmaster. The big plus is it keeps my pups warm and dry in grand style.
You should buy one now.
For reference. I have a English Springer Spaniel ~40 pounds (my previous ESS wore the same - and he got to about 50) and wears Small. My 25 pound Boykin Spaniel wears an XS.

great qualityI had the pull over version, but my old man started having some shoulder issues, making more difficult to put it on and take it off. This version with the zipper works great for him. Still excellent quality, and works great.

Warm and cozyMy dachshund mix hates cold, wet weather. He seems quite comfortable in this jacket. I would give five stars, but the jacket covers his tummy so well that I needed to make some adjustments for my male dog.

Long lasting with good coverageThe reason I chose this jacket is because it has great coverage for my short haired dog's stomach. Most jackets seem to only cover the back and chest and leave the belly exposed despite the fact that this is where most dogs have the least hair.
I bought one of these jackets for my pup 8 years ago. It's still perfectly functional after all this time through walks, camping, rain, mud, and play with other dogs. I've ordered another one for my sister's dog and expect to have it for just as long!

Easy on & off!I got this awhile ago for my 13 year old German Shepherd. She's a retired search dog and has always been comfortable in all weather conditions. But she's old now and was getting cold. This is the perfect Colorado winter jacket for her daily outings (which aren't as long as they used to be). It's light but because it covers her underside, it keeps her from getting cold. The zipper makes it easy on and off.

Stylish and functionalI bought this to replace the apparently discontinued Fido Fleeces brand dog coat. I was looking specifically for something that closed along the back or side while providing extensive chest/belly coverage. I have a 70lb Belgian Shepherd who is speedy, will leap to catch frisbees, and likes lying in the snow after some fetch. This stays fully zipped throughout all of this. She loves wearing this even after coming inside. It's not super thick, just a single layer of decent-thickness fleece. Great for a furry shepherd, maybe less ideal for a greyhound, e.g.
The good:
- Slim fit, unlikely to get caught on things
- Great pattern design
- Two retroreflective stripes on the sides
- Covers the belly
The meh
- The zipper sometimes takes a sec to get correctly latched
- I'm happy with the thickness, but your dogs needs may vary
- Maybe I got the wrong size, but after following the measurement instructions, I chose a Large for her. See pics. It rides down a bit in the neck area, but it's not a huge problem. Q
Overall, I'd definitely get this again.

Thanks for reaching out to us! So, I tried this on....and I could barely get my foot in. Is this....huh. Ok. This is for dogs. I am ashamed. This is worse than when I ate dog food. So, the answer is really up to you. While it states that this is a 'relaxed fit', it shouldn't be hanging off your dog. On the other hand, if it's cutting off circulation, then that's a bad thing! I would say as long as the dog can move, and the item is keeping it warm, you should be good. Hope this helps you out! Hugsies.
