Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

"Oversized" - This means the item is large and can only be shipped using 4-6 Day ship speed. Additional shipping charges may apply.
"Freight" - This means the item is too large for standard shipping methods, and must be shipped by truck freight for an additional fee. Someone must be present to inspect, sign, and accept delivery, so we will call you to schedule delivery.

Best boot everI have worn Red Wing boots for a long time and these are still the best. I stepped out a year ago and bought the Iron Ranger 8089 and the Chelsea 3190. I have 2 pair of Iron Ranger 8111 and have the same feeling about them as the 875. Best boot ever. But not so much the 8089 and 3190. The new squishy foot bed is a non starter. Make the 8089 and 3190 with the same leather and cork foot bed as the 875 and 8111 and you will have a real winner. Forget the squishy foot bed, period.

these boots suckseriously the most uncomfortable thing i’ve put my foot in. thought they would get better as they break in but no, still excruciating pain every time i wear them. don’t waste your money.

Great BootI love the boot but it does run big so go a half size smaller. The quality is phenomenal and I couldn’t be happier with this product. Just a great durable boot all the way around.

Classic Style and Build QualityPurchased my pair of 875s in Nov 2020 and they have been in regular cool season rotation since the day they came out of the box. Materials and build quality is top notch - these boots will easily last 10-15 years! I get lots of compliments as they look so darn good. They would be perfect if they were more comfortable! The rock-hard flat insole lacks any cushion and only provides modest arch support. The feel heavy, unforgiving, and primitive on my feet - I am always happy to take them off at the end of the day. But did I say they do look good?! With that said, I am happy purchased these boots and will be investing in some quality footbeds to see if I can find more comfort and arch support. Quality product by Redwings.

Boots that can't be beatenI have had these pair of boots for almost 4 years now. I wear them almost every day, usually for 10 hours or more. They are hands down the most comfortable and durable boots that I have ever owned. I do a wide variety of jobs in these boots and have never been disappointed. I oil them regularly and have had them resoled twice. If they ever wear out, I will absolutely buy another pair.

Big fan of Redwing but not these bootsI bought a pair of these about 6 months ago. They were my first moc toe wedge heel boot. I'm not a fan. The first flaw I noticed was right away the stitching on the leather cuff around the top (were you put your foot in) fell apart on both boots. The wedge sole heel worn down extremely quickly. The moc toe above the sticking pulled open after time and looks like crap. The worse thing is the comfort. Long after I broke them in, I spend about 10 hours walking around in them and by the end of the day my feet hurt so bad I could barely take another step. I think this is because there isn't a shank. I might resole them, or simply toss them in the trash. If you do want to get a pair, size down. My iron rangers are a 9 but I had to get an 8.5 in these boot.

Wonderful boods; great buying experienceMy first pair of Red Wings. Because of my uncertainty about size, I went to the brick and mortar store in Fairfax, Virgina. The sales person (Carl, I think) had me try on several different sizes before settling on the one I bought. I've had them for two weeks and have worn them for about seven days total with several long walks and lots of standing while working and cooking. My impression at this point: These are among the most comfortable, supportive boots I've ever had. They were a little bit stiff at first, but the break-in period was quick. Now I can wear them all day without any discomfort even if I'm working on my feet. I expect they will outlast me (I'm 71).
I can't say enough about the Fairfax store. They had a great selection and the sales person spent almost 30-minutes making sure I had the correct fit.
Some reviews on this site have criticised the craftsmanship of new Red Wing boots. Mine are perfect. Plus, the leather is top quality.
