Last updated January 1st, 2020
Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.

The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Great shoes for my feet, not so good for the heelsI have been having some issue with my feet for a while and I feel sure it’s from wearing cheaply made imported boots. So, I decided to bite the bullet and spend a few extra bucks for something well made here in the USA.
This is the first pair of Red Wing boots I have owned that are actually branded as Red Wing. Back in my lineman days, I have worn many pairs of Hall line boots which were manufactured by Red Wing at that time, and they were always comfortable and long-lasting boots.
With that said, these Red Wing boots I purchased are no doubt the best made boots you will ever find. I have short stubby Fred Flintstone feet 8EE. These boots feel absolutely great on my feet. However, this past weekend I decided to wear them for the first time to start breaking them in. I had dropped my wife off at an appointment and went to do some shopping while waiting on her. I was only gone for about an hour. By the time I got back to where I had dropped her off, I could hardly walk as the heels of both feet were completely raw from where the back of the boots had rub against my heels. I had worn thick heel athletic socks knowing the boots would be somewhat uncomfortable while breaking them in but the pain I experienced was unreal. My heals were rubbed so raw that there was some small amount of blood that seeped through my socks onto the back of the boots.
The issue is with the piece of leather sown into the back heel portion of the boot. It is a rough piece of leather. This piece of leather should always have a smooth finished like the two pieces sown on the left and right insides of each boot. You can see the obvious difference in the leather sown into the heel vs that of the sides. The rough finished leather in the heel grabs your socks and rubs up and down the back of your heel every step you take. It’s like having a piece of 60 grit sandpaper on your heel. I know eventually the lather will smooth out, but these boots should have never been manufactured like this. For now, I have added some heel guards, which I hope help along with wearing thick socks and Band-Aids will allow me to finish breaking them in.
I give Red Wing 4 stars for the overall rating but only 3 for the craftsmanship. It would have been 5 stars all the way except the heel reinforcement leather not having a smooth finish.

Great experienceI initially wanted a heritage chukka although I was given a 3-4E measurement on my foot width. I have fat feet! The chukka was too narrow and I didn’t want to worry about voiding any warranty with a blow out, so I ended up choosing the heritage 1907 classic moc. The 2E was a great fit but the color I wanted wasn’t in stock. The Associate Princeton at the 79th & Dodge location offered to grab the pair I wanted from a different location and bring it back to the store as he would be running around on his day off. It was honestly impressive that someone would take the time out of their day to help a customer like that. I ended up with a great fitting pair of boots and a reassuring experience. Give that man a raise and tell him congrats on his wedding!!! He has definitely earned my repeat business.
Ps. Please make a heritage moc toe driving loafer… I need a pair.

Red Wing ClassicI've only had these boots for about a week now, but so far I'm in love. The look, the feel, even the smell of the leather is fantastic. I removed the leather footbed to help break them in and they are comfortable even without the additional insole. I had help at the store using the fancy fitting system that you stand on to get your sizing. I was going to get the 875's but they were just too narrow for my wide (EE) feet. These fit nearly perfectly and don't seem like they will be hard to break in. Looking forward to years with these boots. Red Wing is great in my book.

Multi-Functional BootsI bought a pair of these last summer, and though they took a few days of wearing 1-2 hours per day, they broke in nicely. I wear them for work on the farm, bird hunting and for casual outdoor activities. I love mine

Heritage collection is for me after all.I'm a redwing work boot fanboy for 25 years. Tried on a few narrow last Heritage boots before and decided I just couldn't risk it. These are different. This last is true to size with a comfortable toe box. I'm a EE minimum guy. EEE or H wide really does it for me. I happily walked 2 miles in these out of box. If Redwing won't make these in more sole/leather types I'll buy another pair and customize them.

DisappointedBoots are comfortable after the break in period, but I recently bought my second pair of redwings and found they changed the insoles. The new ones seem cheaply made and are not as comfortable. I am disappointed redwings are not keeping the same standards they used to have.

24/7 Work WeekI am a plumber for nearly 20 years now and work long hours and in a lot of different environments and elements. For the last three years I have been buying the 1907 Moc. Given what my typical day looks like, it only took a day or two for break in for me. I do use Redwings optional inserts. This is the only boot that I have every owned that at the end of the day my feet are not sore and I mean never. No boot has ever lasted more then a year for me and these are around that time as well. I know these are not meant for the trades and that Red Wing offers a tougher construction boot. However I am ok with opening my wallet every year for a new pair of these. The leather is tough and holds up and the stitching is still in tack. Many people never give much thought to there feet but its important to take care of them. Thank you for making a great product as well as in the USA please keep doing this.

Break in is roughGreat quality leather and great looking boot.
Had them for about a week, maybe an hour of walking per day. The toes finally feel good but heels are still killing me. Also noticing wear on the soles, the rubber texture has become smooth on the front and back. I know these are supposed to be soft but hoping they will last at least through the break in period.
I need this boot in US size 9.5, WIDE
Is it available in different widths?
Asked by: Liftinpop

Redwing Heritage 6" boot: listed above weighing 17oz, could this be true? Thanks
Asked by: Burro
Hey there, thanks for pointing that out!
The boots are actually 2.1lbs each. That 17oz is either a typo or a reference to a leather thickness used. I'll have someone smarter than me remove it ASAP.
Thanks again,
