Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Does the job! Looks good too!I own the hoodie and opted to buy my son one for college. He is 5'7", 155 pounds and wears a Small. I am 5'10", 168 pounds and wear a medium. These are not athletic cut jackets but they just don't have a boxy feel as some Patagonia jackets do. For whatever reason, these jackets look stylish and current even though they have been around for quite awhile. Not the lightest weight to warmth jacket nor the most technical but a good looking standby for sure.

Great jacketI’ve taken this jacket up Mt Washington in the winter as well as when I went skiing in Alberta Canada. Great jacket. Super light, soft, and most importantly warm. It layers great and stuff into a small space in your ruck. I would not pay pay full price for it as it is very expensive for a mid layer.

Great warmth to weight ratioif you are looking for a jacket that is lightweight and will keep you very warm, this is it. It also packs down very small, so it is great if you live in an area where temperatures can change drastically from early morning to mid-day (like in the colorado mountains). Pair this with a rain shell / wind breaker and you are set.

Great light weight jacketI purchased this jacket approximately 6 months ago for hiking. It's very comfortable and light weight. Works decently in a laying system. It is a nice option to be able to stuff it into its own pocket, but when it is packed into backpack it is best left loose. The material will flow into unfilled nooks and crannies and the jacket takes up far less room when space is a commodity you cannot do without. The jacket lacks durability. If you are hiking through thicker brush, the jacket has a tendency to snag. On that note, use caution. Its is good piece of gear and I would definitely recommend it. Its warmth to weight ratio and lack of space dominance in a full pack make the Patagonia Men's Nano Puff Jacket worth the purchase.

Large Patagonia Men's Nano Puff JacketI'm so very happy about this purchase. At 5'10" and weighing a fluctuating 180-185 lbs. the size large jacket fits perfectly. It is lightweight, wind and water resistant, handsome looking and folds into a small pack for space and convenience. It's got pockets on the sides and one inside the jacket that are zippered. This is a great feature especially for us who feels paranoid about losing our valuables. Great and comfortable piece of clothing in my humble opinion and the company who makes it practices corporate responsibility. I'm a very satisfied customer and stoked to the max!

Tiny Squares of Warmth and ComfortI just bought this jacket and since it's summer I had to crank the a/c and wear it around the house to test it out. First let me say it is extremely comfortable in a light and easy way. It's warm without being bulky, looks great, has nice long sleeves and fits really well. I am a woman but ordered the men's becaue I wanted the beautiful green color and it is just as nice as I thought it would be. This jacket is like that mug of hot chocolate on a cold winters day that's hot enought to warm you up without burning the skin off the top of your mouth.
My wife worries that this is not warm enough for winter. She says things should be certified to like "20 degrees below zero" etc.. How warm is this jacket? Can I wear it with gloves and a hat as my winter jacket in Pittsburgh?

The Patagonia Nano Puff jacket is meant for Cooler/warmer weather wear (spring-autumn), NOT Cold, wintry weather wear (winter).
It can be worn down to the low 40s F but not meant for 30s F or below. For Colder temps, consider the Down jackets/parkas.
The main difference between the Nano vs lightweight down jacket is that the Nano's insulation is synthetic so it dries quicker than down if it gets wet but the former is Not warm for colder weather wear while the latter is.
The Nano should keep a person warm if s/he is 'Active' while it's worn.

Thanks for reaching out to us! You've got a great eye...out of all the Nano Puff Jackets we sell....this is definitely one of them. Good call. So, with the sizing, you have to keep in mind that SOME places measure their sleeves from the center of the back, not the end of the arm. Best bet will be to double check that info. If they do measure from the center back, you should be fine. If the actual sleeve of the jacket is 36"...then you could lock up insane people easy. Hope this helps you out! Hugsies.

Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
By law, garments sent in for repair must be clean.
Please wash items for repair before mailing.
If the item is deemed irreparable Patagonia may, at their discretion, replace it or send a Gift Card for the last known retail value of the piece.
