Product Description Item No.   10252929

The Patagonia Men's Nano Air Jacket is a stretch jacket for fast, cold weather summits. The Nano Air Jacket is warm, yet breathable, air permeable to 40CFM (0CFM would be 100% windproof). This allows you to throw the jacket on in the early morning for warmth, and as you work up a sweat trudging and climbing up the mountain, you won't overheat. The 20D nylon ripstop shell and the 50D nylon plain weave lining both include mechanical stretch, allowing your every move to be followed with ease and leaving your range of motion unrestricted. Inside the two fabrics is 60 grams of FullRange insulation to warm your body comfortably for the full length of the day's adventure. The Nano Puff brick quilting is found on the side panels which facilitates the overall shape and durability. The slim fit wraps closely without bulk for comfort over a base layer and under a shell depending on the conditions you come across. Finished with two hand pockets and a left chest pocket, your small items can be zippered safely inside instead of being trailed throughout the backcountry.

Features of the Patagonia Men's Nano Air Jacket

  • Light-yet-durable 100% nylon ripstop shell and plain-weave liner offer generous mechanical stretch and exceptional breathability, with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish
  • Revolutionary 60-g Full Range Insulation warms and stretches
  • Combined with the shell and liner, this creates a jacket with generous mechanical stretch and unprecedented air permeability (40CFM)
  • Iconic Nano Puff brick quilting in the side panels, articulated patterning and other quilting details improve shape and durability
  • Center-front zipper has wicking interior storm flap and zipper garage at chin for next-to-skin comfort
  • Two handwarmer pockets and a left chest pocket are zippered, welted and lowbulk to wear comfortably with a harness or pack
  • Stretch binding at the cuffs and a dual-adjustable drawcord hem seal in warmth

Durable Water Repellant
DWR (Durable Water Repellent) is a coating that is applied to fabrics which makes them water-resistant, or hydrophobic. A DWR finish doesn't interfere with breathability, which makes it perfect for adverse conditions in the backcountry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Jacket I bought this to go skiing in Park City, Utah. Jacket is light and warm. Does not get clammy like Patagonia's puff jacket. Front pocket is great. Would highly recommend this product. I am 5'11 and 175lbs. The medium was too snug. Large fits well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Jacket has it all...... I purchased my first Patagonia Mens Nano-Air Jacket a few weeks ago and it is everything that I wanted in a Jacket. I have Columbia and Under Armour jackets and they are not always that easy to get on over other layers etc. The Nano - Air is lighter in weight soft, smooth to put on and off and warmer that I could imagine. I particularly love this Jacket in the cooler weathy for tennis. It is like I Do Not Have A Jacket On!! Well worth the price for the comfort and fit etc...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light weight and high quality! I bought this for my husband because he travels a ton and this is easy to pack and very versatile even for casual business meetings. It’s casual but sleek looking so this is getting a lot of use!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect everyday jacket This has the perfect warmth and weight for my everyday commute. I don’t like the standard alternative, which is the slick, baffled, puffer look.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The real deal I bought this jacket based on the reviews I read about how versatile this jacket is. I've wore it for 2 days on the mountain where temps were down to -10 (under a shell jacket) and then wore it in my car (without the shell) on the whole trip home. It's crazy how I was perfectly comfortable in the well below freezing temps and in my car at 72 degrees with the heat blasting. I'm excited to try it on some 20 - 30 degree days on the mountain and see if I still stay comfortable while working up a sweat. My only complaint on this jacket is the fit and look of the material. The fit is a bit tight in the upper body and slightly loose in the mid-section. It moves with you very well and is comfortable but the appearance is slim, not tailored for an athletic fit. Also, the fabric looks a bit drab. I'm sure that the fit and the material help the overall performance, which I love, but it's worth noting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightweight and Warm I bought this for my husband to wear in NYC and he loved it. It has kept him warm enough in 30 degree weather, and has been great for Houston's unusually cold days this year. I don't know how it would be in colder temperatures, but it is soft and he loves it so far. It also is easy to pack and takes up very little room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightest jacket ever!! My son asked for this jacket for Christmas so I went online shopping for it. I've never seen the jacket before but when it arrived in the mail and I opened it, I wished I had purchased 10 of them!!! They are absolutely awesome! Light, comfortable, do the job of keeping you warm!

Does this jacket pack into its pocket?

Asked by: Rdoumitt
Thanks for the question! This jacket does not have a pocket specific to pack into itself. I would suggest a small stuff sack, such as the Outdoor Research Zip Sack. I attached a link below to give you an idea. Hope this helps! http://www.moosejaw.com/moosejaw/shop/product_Outdoor-Research-Zip-Sack_10207576_10208_10000001_-1_
