Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these pants. Been looking for ski pants that's quality yet stylish. Been skiing all my life and was a racer in H.S. Love these pants. They fit great, perfect length as I'm 5'8" and stylish as well. Also, love all the great functional deep pockets. I also love the weight...it has enough insulation to suit most ski temp. range. Going to get comparable men's version for my husband.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wife loves these stylish yet functional ski pants My wife grew up skiing and racing in NH, so she's very particular about her gear. Immediately, she loved these pants. Fits stylish yet the high quality is evident. Loves all the deep pockets, the styling and it's the perfect weight/warmth for northeast skiing conditions.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love these pants The quality of these pants is awesome! I have used them for both backcountry skiing and ice climbing. They keep me dry from sweating and snow skinning up a mountain, are flexible and durable for high steps with crampons, and are comfortable and flattering. My only annoyance (and it's a minor one) is with the front hip pockets- pretty small and useless when hiking. I guess they are good once you're back to the car or have small items you need to store. I LOVE, however, the spacious side hip pockets, much more convenient.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect These pants are great- fit well, good design. My one complaint is that the women's version of the pants don't come with suspenders whereas the men's do. Odd choice there in my opinion-- women have just as much issue keeping pants up, especially when wearing a pack. What's up with that OR? Anyways, great pants in every other way, but if you're a woman and want suspenders either get the men's version or find other pants.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Touring Pants These are a great pant for ski touring. Has side zips for those warmer days to open them up whilst ascencding then wind and water resistant for keeping warm on the downhills and cold days. I have been out in these in -30 with just tights underneath and they were great. Also been out in -5 and they haven't been too heavy at all. Love them! Great fit

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I was looking for! Searched I long time for a pair of pants to wear for my active outside life, these are perfect. Love the fit all around, they look nice on, comfortable, love how they fit on the bottom over what ever type of foot wear I choose to wear. Comfortable, light, and they are warm to work in wether I am doing snow removal, cross country skiing, or going for a hike. Love them!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from size matters Used as intended: touring. The waist-to-butt ratio seems to be a bit off for the general population. I'm regularly an XS (5'0" and 125lbs) and have been rocking that in the Cirque's for years, however the construction and fit of these is different even though they use the same soft-shell fabric. In these, I had to go up to a S after an unfortunate experience with the XS: the back seam along the top of the butt busted the first weekend out. The kind people at OR switched them out for me, but I would have been happier having avoided shenanigans. So I have a bit extra room in the thigh and butt area and a slight excess in the waist, but at least I can hope these endure now. I still don't have that much room to fit my Tracker in the beacon pocket in it's horizontal access configuration that happens to put it right in the flexural area of my hip (most of the men's are vertical or side access and perhaps higher) but it's a nice thought. Takeaway: I'll have to get out touring more this winter to get my butt back down to an XS per the Trailbreaker's standards, so I may end up with 2 pairs by the end of the season. Good thing there is an extra color to choose from, if you consider grey a color. ;)
