Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sizing seemed off. Mitts seem great. I bought these as a cold weather ski gloves and consider myself to have cold hands in general, but not to a clinical degree that some others are mentioning. I had to return/exchange them for a larger size so I will re-review them when I get the replacement and can actually test them. The fabrics and insulation seem perfect for me. They are light, compressible, stylish and I have experience with the fabrics and insulation so I trust them to be warm and dry. The materials don't seem super durable, but there is leather in the areas that need extra durability so I think they will hold up fine (if they don't i know OR will treat me right). They do have finger dividers in the mitt which I thought was a little odd. It can make it so sometimes it is hard to get your hand in the "glove" right, but all in all I think they are OK. The major issue was with fit, which I totally was not expecting as I have two other OR gloves that fit great and are even a little long and wide for me, and have tried others on in the store. I got the same size in these and they are really snug laterally, and too short, especially when I try to grip a pole (fingers jam at the end). So they went back and I'll see how things go with one size up. I think I'll be happy with these after it's all said and done. Price could be a little lower but seems fair enough if they perform as expected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for hanging out in the cold! These are super warm gloves, and they have little felt dividers for your fingers inside. They're a little tight across the hand when compared to their other gloves, but doesn't have any negative effects. The leather palms allow me to be able to actually use my gloves outside too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very warm purple glove I didn't get them for myself. I know someone that gets cold standing around while I do the ice climbing. So they are not too bulky and have purple backs (key points for her). They are quite warm. I wear an XL in OR glove size and these are XL and fit me fine. The down really keeps her hands warm. Not that dexterous and I would not go climbing in them but that is not their purpose.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Kept Me Warm!!! I bought these mitts before headed on a ski trip to Eastern BC where temps were very cold, skiing way below zero. I was the only one in my group who didn't use hand warmers! My hands were warm almost the entire time. They insulated so well that my hands perspired at times when skiing hard on the mountain. I like the fit, streamlined but not too restrictive. I also like the mitt that goes under the jacket and no cold air got in. These mitts earned their name on my trip. They will be my go to for cold days!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Mittens Wisconsin winters can be cold. Because of poor circulation, gloves that used to work just don't keep my hands warm anymore. These mittens keep my hands warm down to the most extreme temperatures (above 10 degrees).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice gloves but... Bought these gloves when we realized that ski temps were going to be in the range of -10 to 0. Loved the fact that it was easy to slip fingers into the correct slot. Still needed to use hand warmers, but when temps were from 0-32, my hands were toasty warm. Very fuzzy inside. One big negative design flaw is that the Velcro tab is way too short. With my ski jacket, it was really hard to closed the tabs. Luckily my ski jacket has thumb holes so I was not over concerned about the draft of cold air.
