The height is perfect for keeping snow out, and they are not bulky. I've gone on many long hikes with them. So far I love them!

Size is true to my foot (10.5). Fits securely, easy to get on and lace up. EXTREMELY comfortable with my troublesome feet. Keeps my feet "toasty" even in way below zero temps. Good on snow and ice. My "go to" winter boot, always!

After my wife convinced me to try these on during a shopping trip I ordered a pair. Not only do they fit gray, the foot bed is like having a custom orthotic built in. They are compact like a hiking boot yet very warm. I would highly recommend these boots!
