The Nathan Women's VaporHowe 12L Race Vest is a hydration vest for long runs on the trail. Whether you're racing or training, the vest secures close to the body and won't bounce around to annoy you along the way. The 1.8L hydration bladder is included and fits into the pocket at the back. Rated 5 out of 5 by from I literally have 2 of this exact pack! I am a bigger girl and have this pack in 4 colors just for fun. The vest is a lovely soft material and doesn't chafe on long runs up to 50k road/trail. I am a run/fitness leader and carry lots of support items for my team, so it is fully loaded all the time. My favorite feature is the long size zip so I can push in first aid kits and jackets with ease. I have sold several of this exact pack to ladies on my team and they love it. I love the front pockets capability of holding items securely such as gloves, hat, fuel etc. The little zipper in the front holds my keys secure so they don't rattle. There is a little Velcro tab at the top which holds the water bladder in place. I find this catches my hair and pulls and wish another option like a snap was used. This is really the only issue I have on this pack which is easily fixable. I also have this in the smaller capacity version for shorter runs but I hate switching them out. I feel it's worth the investment for the upgrade.

I definitely appreciate the adjustable chest straps that slide to accommodate my boobs as their size has fluctuated over the years!

It’s like having a purse on your run that holds everything- phone, pepper spray, water, any gels/candy. You really forget you’re wearing it, it’s super comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great vest even for the short runs I love this vest for both my long runs and short for my short I take my bladder out and use it to store any items I might need and I put a small flask in the front pocket for my llllonngg runs I fill her up it stays put on my back and is so ridiculously comfortable! There are plenty of pockets for nutrition and of corse camera equipment ha ha if it’s not on Instagram it didn’t happen right? I love my Nathan vests.

It's survived a lot of miles, but running and hiking, which include some gnarly spills! Surprisingly, it hasn't ripped and blood stains came out LOL. Overall I highly recommend this vest or other models of the VaporHowe. I'd love to see maybe a few changes or additional compartments, but I'd rate this a 9/10, with a 5 star review.

Does this also come with bottles for the front pockets?

Hey there! This only comes with the 1.8 liter bladder. You will have to supply your own water bottles, sadly!
