Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Nice size pack with lots of organizationI bought this pack for the size and organization pockets. It holds items and has spots for things like pens, small items and larger items. Made from quality materials, weather resistant. The only down side I found is that the straps ends just stick out like a sore thumb. Some type of strap hook and loop or retaining wrap should have been included.

Better than I expectedI've been carrying the MR 2-day assault pack for many years, and I like it. The thing I was missing was more external organization. MR created this pack and met my needs. Super convenient for those little articles and easy access. Now my EDC pack is the Blitz. My laptop feels well-protected and still has enough room to put a tablet and other gear in. The pack also feels small, but I can still pack more than my 2-day assault. It also doesn't feel like my gear is bouncing everywhere. One thing that I would like to see is CCW on this pack. That would be a perfect pack. Overall, I'm satisfied and comfortable with a day hike. Hope that helps

Amazing piece of kitI used this backpack on my last trip to Hawaii. It stores an amazing amount of stuff and was surprising water proof during random 10 minute heavy down pours. Kept family gear and camera equipment dry all day. Quality nis second to none and i cant wait to actually pack this pack and use it for what i actually got it for. Mystery Ranch gear is now my go to!

Great backpackI just bought this pack a little while ago. it's great for EDC or 1-2 night stays somewhere. Good size to travel with and carry on a plane. love the laptop compartment, also easy to store reading material on flights. Very well built with tough zippers as well

Meh!!! Almost a good bag edc/hiking packBought this pack to use as a day hiking pack/ EDC get home bag. First real use was a simple day hike realized no hydration port for a water bladder only a simple dongle to hold the bladder up right and keep from sagging. Had to use the side zipper to run my hose through on the right size of the pack. Seems like mystery ranch left out the basic necessity of having a hydration port. The small pockets offer no real room to store anything. It’s too tactical looking the internal pockets on the Inside say it’s for water bottle, sounds like over kill to have Two outside water bottle pockets and 2 more on the inside when you are running a hydration bladder. Maybe redesign the internal water pockets into actually zipper organizer pockets. Seems like they are trying to make it a crossbreed between a tactical bag and a hiking bag which I feel like it failed. They should shoot for a hiking bag with more organization and just use tougher material like there tactical bags/ hunting packs. Also the horse shoe style zipper to the main compartment is too close to the smaller pockets zipper when you go to grab the zipper I end up grabbing the wrong one sometimes. Kinda of a pet peeve. I try to fix the issue by keeping the smaller pocket zippers on the opposite size but that doesn’t always happen.

Great multi use packI got this pack to primarily use for tactical competition and also for bug out readiness. It's going to work well for multiple uses. I can store my competition gear in it, I can load it for bug out, I can use it for backpacking, I'll use it for multi-day hunts, and probably something else I haven't done yet. I like the pocket variations and zipper access locations. I only wish the waist belt had a little more padding where it hugs the iliac crest. I can put my hydration bladder in it when necessary or use water bottles in the side pockets. I have other packs specifically designed for other uses so this pack is a great choice that solves a couple basic needs I have very well

Getting Your Size Waist Circumference: Measure around your waist just above the top of your hip bones (roughly two fingers below your belly button). Torso: Use a tailors tape measure or string and have a friend measure between the bony bump at the base of your neck (C7 vertebra) to the spot on your spine that is just behind your belly button.
In Between Sizes? If you are between sizes on the waist belt, Mystery Ranch recommends you size down. If you are between sizes on the yoke or if your measurements fall outside standard sizing, please contact Mystery Ranch Customer Service.
