Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

When will I get my stuff?
"Get it by" - For in-stock and ready to ship items, choose the your shipping speed at checkout to get your items by the "get it by" date. Your items will ship SAME DAY for orders placed before 3pm EST.
"Oversized" - This means the item is large and can only be shipped using 4-6 Day ship speed. Additional shipping charges may apply.
"Freight" - This means the item is too large for standard shipping methods, and must be shipped by truck freight for an additional fee. Someone must be present to inspect, sign, and accept delivery, so we will call you to schedule delivery.

Durable pots. Worth the purchaseThese pots are incredibly durable, and easy to maneuver with the pot grip. I wish I could purchase the large pot separately. We use these with big groups for camping and backpacking.

Great for groups, burly and easy to cleanThis set of pots are fantastic. I moved to these stainless steel pots after other cook sets just couldn´t hold up to the wear and tear of constant use in the Patagonia mountains. These have held up more than one season and I couldn´t be more thrilled.

Not durable and not for strong burnerI am an outdoor guide, I was on the search for a new Pot setup for our upcoming Denali expedition .
I choose to go with the Alpine 4 pot.
Last weekend, I did some test to compare the boiling time test and the snow melting time.
Unfortunately, the pot didn't really survived it first use.
The base of the pot got disformed and pop-out. The pot hot fully discolorated be ause of the heat.
To me this pot feel the same quality as one you could get at a dollar market.
It's sad, because most of MSR product are bomber. But don't go with this one if you want something durable.
I used a MSR XGK burner for my test.
Suggest for MSR: This set is very light, but I think you went at the cost of durability. This pan doesn't have enough metal on the base to properly resist the heat generated by a burner.

fantastic cook setWe used these over an open campfire and they held up very well. I was able to clean them up perfectly. I love how they nest together so well. I plan on using them as for overnight backpacking trips

Love the light weight!Our Scouts BSA troop has been using these for years in our patrol boxes. They have held up fantastic in both car camping and back country situations. The nesting is a great space saver, and they are light weight yet durable which is a necessity for us. Love them!
Thanks for your patience! We have confirmed with Cascade Designs that they use 18-8 grade stainless steel in all of their stainless steel products. This is one of the two most common grades of stainless steel used for food preparation and dining. I hope this info helps!

will the alpine fry pan fit inside the 4 pot set?

The Alpine Fry Pan nests nicely in the bottom of the 3L pot. The pots still all fit together with the fry pan inside, too. I hope this helps!

3L pot: 4.5" tall - 0.65 lbs (1.0 lbs w/ lid)
2L pot: 4.0" tall - 0.45 lbs (0.75 lbs w/ lid)
1L pot: 3.0" tall - 0.3 lbs (0.5 lbs w/ lid)

Will the MSR Alpine 4 Pot Set nest with the MSR Alpine frying pan and the 1.6 L MSR Alpine Stowaway Pot? Thanks

Thanks for the question! The Frying Pan will fit inside the 3L Alpine Pot - along with the other two pots. However, there is no where for the 1.6L Stowaway Pot to fit, unless you take out the 2L pot from the set - which wouldn't really make sense to remove a 2L for a 1.6L. I did physically check these three items and tired several ways of configuring a fit. I hope this helps!

What are the internal and external diameters of each of the pots?

Hey there YBColins, thanks for the question. Largest to smallest, these pots are 9.75", 8" and 6.5" in diameter. Accounting for the lip around the top, they are 10", 8.25" and 7" across. Also, yes there are only three pots in this set, we will get this corrected as soon as possible. I hope this helps!
