Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Almost made itI was really excited for this color and most MH fits my body well. I took this on a 21 day trip down the Grand Canyon this spring. It would have been perfect but we receive some strong gusts and had some hail and snow. The wind went right through the jacket and even hail immediately was absorbed. I would have thought there would be at least some DWR treatment but didn't seem like there was any. Over all I love the fit, I love the colors- just wish it was a bit more weather resistant.

Not worthI bought this jacket because my husband got the same one a while back and he was so pleased how warm it was. I am not sure whether the quality has gone down since the pandemic, but mine had very little down in it, and I can definitely feel cold in it in weather -5to10C in it, someone would definitely need to pick up a wind proof jacket in addition to this one for better protection. I do own other down jackets that are definitely warmer/ more insulating than this one. I would not recommend it for the price unless you are going only for the looks. Definitely not worth the full price advertised.
It looks good, and the colour is trendy, but not high quality.
In the picture the botanic jacket looks like a deep teal. It’s actually more of a faded green ( the jacket on the girl in the video is more similar to the colour I received)

Down shifted out of shoulders leaving no insulationI bought this wanting something with stretch and more durable fabric than similar industry equivalents. It’s not as warm as the Patagonia version, but a close second. The fabric is far more durable. However the down shifted out of the shoulders in the first season and will not move back no matter how much I try. There is no insulation at all in the shoulder area, leaving the jacket very cold for upper body. Highly disappointed given the price tag for this item.

Favorite puffy so far! More of an aqua greenFits great and keeps me warm. The color is quite a bit brighter than the online image portrays, it's more of an aqua. But, I still really like it. The double zipper function is super handy for belaying, and it's perfect for those sunny, but cooler days on the rocks.

Loved the stretch.I have had this jacket for a little while now and it has been great- until I tried to wash it. The down shifted because the baffles are not continuous leaving key areas without insulation. I even dried with drier balls to agitate. Very disappointing.

Stains easily, but fixableI bought this jacket in the olive color. I too find that it stains incredibly easy and even on places that nothing spills on which I don't understand. Oil from my neck and face stains the collar as well. I have found however, that Dawn dish soap works pretty well. I just squirt a little to cover the spots, let it sit for bit and then put it in the wash on cool or cold with a little tide. (by the way, this works on any clothing that you spill grease or oil on). Comes clean every time. It is a pain in the butt to keep doing this, however I love the fit of the jacket (I am apple shape and I appreciate it not being so form fitting) and it's very light and still warm. Perfect for New England winter.

What Does the Mountain Hardwear Limited Lifetime Warranty Cover?
Mountain Hardwear's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of Mountain Hardwear brand products manufactured by Mountain Hardwear or its affiliates. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by their policy. The limited lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Products should be returned to Mountain Hardwear for evaluation. Items with defects in materials and workmanship will be repaired or a Virtual Merchandise Credit will be issued. Damages due to improper care or accident may be repaired at a reasonable rate. This policy is applicable to United States customers only.
How Long Does the Limited Warranty Last?
This Limited Lifetime Warranty lasts for the practical life of the product. Coverage ends if you sell or transfer the product. Proof of purchase may be required.
What Will Mountain Hardwear Do?
Their Warranty Department will inspect the product at no charge to you. If the Warranty Department determines, in its sole discretion, that the product has a defect covered under this Limited Warranty, they will repair or issue a Virtual Merchandise Credit equivalent to the MSRP value within approximately four weeks of inspection. Depending on the season or product, it may take longer to repair certain items. Mountain Hardwear will discard your product if your product is covered under their limited warranty policy. If you would like your original product returned instead of a Virtual Merchandise Credit, please check the box on the printable warranty form or call them no later than 10 days after you ship your product at 800-953-8398.
How Do You Get Warranty Services?
You may seek resolution directly through the retailer where you purchased the product, such as this website. In many cases, the retailer will be able to assist you.
US Customers - You can send your product to Mountain Hardwear, however, you will need to fill out the warranty form found on their WARRANTY PAGE, where you will also find a shipping address for returning your product.
International Customers - Visit the Mountain Hardwear WARRANTY PAGE to find information to assist you through the warranty process.
Please note that by law, products must be cleaned prior to sending. Items received by Mountain Hardwear that are deemed insufficiently cleaned will be returned to the customer unprocessed.
