Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Used on snow in Antarctica and frozeThis was issued to sleep on a tent-less surface in Antarctica and though the night was short due to rain and snow, the shape did not allow and movement and painful leg cramps ensued. Not recommended.Mountain Hardware has made warmer products for winter camping.

DisappointedI really wanted to love this sleeping bag and was hoping it would keep me warm due to its grading, but it didn’t. Tested it out in 24 degree weather and I eventually had to layer up to keep warm. My feet are always a troublesome area, this sleeping bag could not warm up my feet. I eventually had to pull a camping quilt over them to warm up. The bag is also very restrictive when it comes to movement. I’m a petite 5’3 woman and didn’t have much space to move around in it. I’ll keep it for car camping but now I’ll have to find another for other trips as this is also heavy and bulky.

The Gold Standard 0 SyntheticAs an expedition leader, I need a bag that can handle uninterrupted trips into the backcountry without compromise. There aren't many bags on the market that are a 0 degree synthetic and built for small folks. At 5'2", I'm grateful for a bag that fits me and helps cut down on unnecessary weight! My only request is that a small pocket be integrated near the headspace for placing a watch/headlamp/phone. My Nemo Rhapsody 15 has such a pocket and it helps keep me organized and maintains that I hear my alarm (in case I'm rolling on top of it and muffling the sound...).

Snug but warm!Very warm, well built. Heavy and does not compress small but I expected that. On the small side for a regular. I am 5’8” 149lbs and I am pretty snug in it. If you are any taller or bigger than that or prefer room, I would go with a long or maybe look into men’s version, they might be bigger. Happy nonetheless!

Very happy so farGood so far, I have taken it out once but it didn't get as cold as I had hoped to be able to test it (about -8C at most); I definitely stayed plenty warm at this temperature, without a bag liner. It was really comfortable and appreciate the details like the glow in the dark zipper pull. The only complaint I might have is that when I moved it seemed like cold air would come through where the zipper is. It packs down pretty small considering its warmth and that it is a synthetic material; if I were to take it backpacking it would for sure be the biggest and heaviest thing in my bag. For the price, it seems like an excellent bag so far and I would recommend it!

I ACTUALLY stayed warm!!I work at a program where we run overnight trips for kiddos in foster care year round. That means no matter the temp, we're sleeping in it. I always freeze when I sleep, so I did a lot of research before buying the Lamina. This is the only bag I have ever used that has kept me. It got down to 14 degrees and I still was warm. The bag is so soft and comfortable and has enough room for me to lay on my side (which is great because I am a side sleeper). I have already convinced two of my friends to purchase this bag. Absolutely recommend if you are a cold sleeper!!
What Does the Mountain Hardwear Limited Lifetime Warranty Cover?
Mountain Hardwear's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of Mountain Hardwear brand products manufactured by Mountain Hardwear or its affiliates. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by their policy. The limited lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Products should be returned to Mountain Hardwear for evaluation. Items with defects in materials and workmanship will be repaired or a Virtual Merchandise Credit will be issued. Damages due to improper care or accident may be repaired at a reasonable rate. This policy is applicable to United States customers only.
How Long Does the Limited Warranty Last?
This Limited Lifetime Warranty lasts for the practical life of the product. Coverage ends if you sell or transfer the product. Proof of purchase may be required.
What Will Mountain Hardwear Do?
Their Warranty Department will inspect the product at no charge to you. If the Warranty Department determines, in its sole discretion, that the product has a defect covered under this Limited Warranty, they will repair or issue a Virtual Merchandise Credit equivalent to the MSRP value within approximately four weeks of inspection. Depending on the season or product, it may take longer to repair certain items. Mountain Hardwear will discard your product if your product is covered under their limited warranty policy. If you would like your original product returned instead of a Virtual Merchandise Credit, please check the box on the printable warranty form or call them no later than 10 days after you ship your product at 800-953-8398.
How Do You Get Warranty Services?
You may seek resolution directly through the retailer where you purchased the product, such as this website. In many cases, the retailer will be able to assist you.
US Customers - You can send your product to Mountain Hardwear, however, you will need to fill out the warranty form found on their WARRANTY PAGE, where you will also find a shipping address for returning your product.
International Customers - Visit the Mountain Hardwear WARRANTY PAGE to find information to assist you through the warranty process.
Please note that by law, products must be cleaned prior to sending. Items received by Mountain Hardwear that are deemed insufficiently cleaned will be returned to the customer unprocessed.
