Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Climbing SocksThese ankle socks are the best for climbing. They allow me to grip the wall and still have a great feel. I can’t stand climbing shoes without socks and my traditional running socks take away all the feel and make my feet hurt as they’re too thick

Looks fantastic, closure system is lackingOverall I really enjoy the look of this pack, the color scheme is excellent, and the zippers work really well. The construction of the pack makes it very comfortable to wear, if a bit heavy for what it is. I personally wish the hip belt was more substantial and had pockets instead of just being a half inch webbing strap, but I don't mind too much. The current design allows you to tuck the hip belt away into the sides of the pack which I've found to be really convenient. The one major issue I have with this pack is that the brain does not want to stay shut. The little clasp system does not stay buckled, especially if the pack isn't fully loaded. Even if I cinch it down all the way it still doesn't reliably hold shut, and will just pop open at random. I have a similar clasp system on a Black Diamond pack that does not suffer from this issue, so hopefully the metal piece will be updated on future versions. Another downside is that the water bottle pockets are also near impossible to access while wearing the pack, though I understand that this is a common issue among backpacks. The gear loops are nice (especially the inner one) and the water bladder pocket inside can hold your laptop if you want to use this pack for daily use. Even with the aspects I wish were different, its an excellent pack that I will enjoy using for years to come.

Awesome bagI've used it for about a month now, and its a great bag. Love that it can easily expand and compress. I do wish that there were a couple more internal pockets in the main compartment. I appreciate the loop to clip things to.

Scrambler 35I have used MH products over the years. Living in the mountains for some time and using their gear it is a proven choice. I have only used this pack once on a day hike but the temps were very cold. It was an 8 mile out and back. We were on the north face of a ridge for several miles with 25-30 mph winds with temps in the low 20s and wind chill in the single digits. Kept all of my gear I needed for the day hike and stored even a subzero 2003 yearish model, snacks, yeti, Nalgene, and other ten essentials. The daisy chains and material is pretty clutch I might add. Having the waterproofing is nice. I want to use this pack also for ultra light trips for 1-2 nights. I think its a good all around day pack/short weekender. USE HIKING/BACKACKING

Happy bag ownerGreat bag, sturdy and light. Really happy with it. Cherrypicking a couple things, I would love a bottom or front opening for ease of access; side pockets are much better than the mesh version but could extend more; and the old tow-away widwr hip strap used to be better than the current thin nylon.

Great day pack.Great day pack with enough space to fit everything I need for a day on a glacier, hiking, or chilling at the crag. The securing mechanism is fine as long as you sinch it down the proper way. I definitely recommend this for any activity that is less than 16 hours and greater than just a quick hike.

What Does the Mountain Hardwear Limited Lifetime Warranty Cover?
Mountain Hardwear's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of Mountain Hardwear brand products manufactured by Mountain Hardwear or its affiliates. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by their policy. The limited lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Products should be returned to Mountain Hardwear for evaluation. Items with defects in materials and workmanship will be repaired or a Virtual Merchandise Credit will be issued. Damages due to improper care or accident may be repaired at a reasonable rate. This policy is applicable to United States customers only.
How Long Does the Limited Warranty Last?
This Limited Lifetime Warranty lasts for the practical life of the product. Coverage ends if you sell or transfer the product. Proof of purchase may be required.
What Will Mountain Hardwear Do?
Their Warranty Department will inspect the product at no charge to you. If the Warranty Department determines, in its sole discretion, that the product has a defect covered under this Limited Warranty, they will repair or issue a Virtual Merchandise Credit equivalent to the MSRP value within approximately four weeks of inspection. Depending on the season or product, it may take longer to repair certain items. Mountain Hardwear will discard your product if your product is covered under their limited warranty policy. If you would like your original product returned instead of a Virtual Merchandise Credit, please check the box on the printable warranty form or call them no later than 10 days after you ship your product at 800-953-8398.
How Do You Get Warranty Services?
You may seek resolution directly through the retailer where you purchased the product, such as this website. In many cases, the retailer will be able to assist you.
US Customers - You can send your product to Mountain Hardwear, however, you will need to fill out the warranty form found on their WARRANTY PAGE, where you will also find a shipping address for returning your product.
International Customers - Visit the Mountain Hardwear WARRANTY PAGE to find information to assist you through the warranty process.
Please note that by law, products must be cleaned prior to sending. Items received by Mountain Hardwear that are deemed insufficiently cleaned will be returned to the customer unprocessed.
