Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Solid jacket. Super happy.I’m 6’0” 210 lbs and went with the XL size. Super happy with the fit (I was worried about size L since I have monkey arms) Color and quality are solid and I like that it’s insulated so I don’t have to wear a million layers. I had just the jacket and a t-shirt on a 28 degree day and never got cold. Tons of pockets.

Chest pocketsI really like the coat. It fits as expected. There are more pockets than I thought. Keeps me very warm when I need it. My main problem is with the chest pockets. They are easy to open. However, they're difficult to close at their angle. It always takes me two hands to close them.

Versatile, great jacket!One of my first major outdoor gear purchases and I love it. I had originally bought this jacket so I could withstand harsher winter conditions hiking in New Hampshire's white mountains where it's fairly common to hike in single digit temps. As far as insulation, this jacket will keep you warm and dry and more than protect from wind. The abundance of pockets are super helpful, and I haven't run into zipper snags like I have with some other jackets. The zippers are also great for relieving heat once I would break a sweat. It is a bit bulky, but it fits great in the sleeves which is what I need (I'm 5'11, 165lbs but long arms).
I've since upgraded to new mountaineering jackets that are more lightweight, but my Cloud Bank has instead repurposed as my go-to snowboarding jacket. It's withstood plenty of falls and keeps me plenty dry. The venting systems also allow me to keep it on constantly no matter how long I'm on the mountain.

Warm & Waterproofjacket is warm, and sheds rain easily. The fit is generous, maybe a little bulky. The neck and hood offer plenty of protection, maybe a little too much as the fabric tends to bunch and obscure visibility. It's pretty much my daily rain jacket as it's been pretty wet this year. Im a big fan of MH and have/had several pieces over the years

All the features I was looking forNeeded a new jacket for snowmobiling. Super warm and won’t have to do too many layers. Excellent features for hood, waist and gloves, phone, ski lift pass, etc. Super stoked like always with my Mountain Hardware purchases!

Well Made JacketJust got this, will update at some point.
*The material look and feel is high-end, and upon inspection after removing some manufacturing fuzzies and loose string, it's perfect.
*Sleeves are a bit long for me, but I'd rather have them that way than in reverse. I'm really a very broad shouldered medium, so my chest diameter dictates a large.
*Speaking of the sleeves, they are well done with stretchy and comfortable thumb-secured cuffs that serve as a powder skirt for your glove/sleeve joint.
*The jacket is "insulated" but it's not a stand alone winter jacket, even below 40. It's really a shell, with a tiny layer of insulation. It's not a knock on the jacket, but calling a jacket insulated without any indication that insulation is very thin is pet peeve for me. I know it's normal in the industry and would only affect a few buyers, but I wish more attention would be paid in description writing to help lay people understand what they're getting. If you had no idea about the industry and thought you were buying a warm winter jacket you'd be in for an unpleasant surprise.
Overall it's a fantastic jacket, thank you Mountain Hardwear!

What Does the Mountain Hardwear Limited Lifetime Warranty Cover?
Mountain Hardwear's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of Mountain Hardwear brand products manufactured by Mountain Hardwear or its affiliates. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by their policy. The limited lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Products should be returned to Mountain Hardwear for evaluation. Items with defects in materials and workmanship will be repaired or a Virtual Merchandise Credit will be issued. Damages due to improper care or accident may be repaired at a reasonable rate. This policy is applicable to United States customers only.
How Long Does the Limited Warranty Last?
This Limited Lifetime Warranty lasts for the practical life of the product. Coverage ends if you sell or transfer the product. Proof of purchase may be required.
What Will Mountain Hardwear Do?
Their Warranty Department will inspect the product at no charge to you. If the Warranty Department determines, in its sole discretion, that the product has a defect covered under this Limited Warranty, they will repair or issue a Virtual Merchandise Credit equivalent to the MSRP value within approximately four weeks of inspection. Depending on the season or product, it may take longer to repair certain items. Mountain Hardwear will discard your product if your product is covered under their limited warranty policy. If you would like your original product returned instead of a Virtual Merchandise Credit, please check the box on the printable warranty form or call them no later than 10 days after you ship your product at 800-953-8398.

You may seek resolution directly through the retailer where you purchased the product, such as this website. In many cases, the retailer will be able to assist you.
US Customers - You can send your product to Mountain Hardwear, however, you will need to fill out the warranty form found on their WARRANTY PAGE, where you will also find a shipping address for returning your product.
International Customers - Visit the Mountain Hardwear WARRANTY PAGE to find information to assist you through the warranty process.
Please note that by law, products must be cleaned prior to sending. Items received by Mountain Hardwear that are deemed insufficiently cleaned will be returned to the customer unprocessed.
