Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Legitimately warm to zero and excellent in damp environmentsI hike and camp in the wet and frozen Northeast, and my Lamina bag is reliably warm despite the cold and the damp, and even when the outside of the bag is coated with frost, toasty and dry inside. It is well worth extra weight and bulk to have a reliable sleep.

Great sleeping bagBought this bag for winter xc ski touring across lakes as I live in Northwestern Ontario. Always loved mountain hardware products for their variety and price. The sleeping bag was comfy and warm for me even in -25 degree weather as we get polar vortex in these parts where the temperature drops to -40 degrees frequently in the winter. But as other reviewers have pointed out about the bag being snug around the shoulders. No biggie though for the price and quality of this bag it can’t be matched.

Good BagBag is super warm. First night I used it lows were in 20's, no real issue. When zipped all the way up, it is a little snug. May be better for someone really skinny, but not great for me. Also, zipped messed up in the first night. Was able to get it reattached with no issue and have not had a problem with it since. Comes with a stuff sack, but does not compress small enough to really go in a backpacking bag. Overall a good bag for price.

Very warm and cozy!We bought two so I guess I'll review them both. We bought two lengths, regular for me (5'10") and short for my fiance (5'4"). Both fit really great.
Very cozy! We've only tested them on one trip so far where the lows we're 2.7°C, so not too extreme. That being said we slept with almost no clothes on and we're very warm! I had to unzip at one point because it was a little too warm. The foot box is comfortable, we were a little concerned with having mummy bags that we wouldn't have enough room to move around but these felt great. The heat collar thing that keeps heat inside the bag is very effective. The glow in the dark zipper is actually quite useful!
It's not as light as a down bag, but once you put it in a compression sack it's packs down pretty well. It's super warm though so you're definitely giving up some pack-ability for comfort.
The only negative I have is that the compression sack that it comes with isn't great, I find it annoying that it doesn't have any buckles, and I give that the straps aren't long enough so you're always picking them out of the plastic to start compressing. That being said, compression sacks are cheap and I didn't buy this sleeping back for the compression sack. The sleeping bag is awesome, highly recommend.

Hard to beat !Can't beat this quality for that price ! wow ! I'm 5'7 155lbs and i am super comfortable in it. Zippers are very high quality and super easy to use from inside or outside. I was also very surprised that it came with a compression bag as well, not sure if it is waterproof but hey, i'm not gonna complain ! Only downside (but of course because this is synthetic) it packs super big and does not fit in my Atmos 65. Overall, super happy with my purchase !

What Does the Mountain Hardwear Limited Lifetime Warranty Cover?
Mountain Hardwear's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of Mountain Hardwear brand products manufactured by Mountain Hardwear or its affiliates. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by their policy. The limited lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Products should be returned to Mountain Hardwear for evaluation. Items with defects in materials and workmanship will be repaired or a Virtual Merchandise Credit will be issued. Damages due to improper care or accident may be repaired at a reasonable rate. This policy is applicable to United States customers only.
How Long Does the Limited Warranty Last?
This Limited Lifetime Warranty lasts for the practical life of the product. Coverage ends if you sell or transfer the product. Proof of purchase may be required.
What Will Mountain Hardwear Do?
Their Warranty Department will inspect the product at no charge to you. If the Warranty Department determines, in its sole discretion, that the product has a defect covered under this Limited Warranty, they will repair or issue a Virtual Merchandise Credit equivalent to the MSRP value within approximately four weeks of inspection. Depending on the season or product, it may take longer to repair certain items. Mountain Hardwear will discard your product if your product is covered under their limited warranty policy. If you would like your original product returned instead of a Virtual Merchandise Credit, please check the box on the printable warranty form or call them no later than 10 days after you ship your product at 800-953-8398.

You may seek resolution directly through the retailer where you purchased the product, such as this website. In many cases, the retailer will be able to assist you.
US Customers - You can send your product to Mountain Hardwear, however, you will need to fill out the warranty form found on their WARRANTY PAGE, where you will also find a shipping address for returning your product.
