Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great I tried these slings last weekend. I used them for alpine draws and they worked great. Pretty light and super easy to extend when you need it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid double length sling Needed a pair of double length slings, so I bought these. I like that they have a thin profile, and don't feel cumbersome hanging off the back of my harness. Not much else to say - they do the job.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lighter than my quickdraws Paired with a lightweight set of carabiners, these are lighter than the old quickdraws I've had for ages, and extendable. I just wish the section where they sewed the ends together were a little shorter. Maybe it'll loosen up in time, but it's really stiff to begin with, and can get in the way when trying to switch from racked to extended on the fly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nicest runners These have always been my favorite of the spectra runners, this because of the lack of edges where the joint is. One side is tucked into the other, the opposite edge covered with stitched on cloth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best slings on the market. I just bought these recently however I have been buying these for years. There are tons of different brands of 8mm dynema slings out there but mammuts are by far the best. All other slings I have owned have begun to fray at the bar tacks. The mammut sling looks brand new because of the way they are sewn together. One end of the tubular webbing is opened and the other end is stuffed inside of the opening. Then the bar tacks are added and the mammut tag is sewn on. This completely encloses the ends of the sling on each side of the bar tacks and keeps them from catching on things. Not only does this keep them from fraying like other slings but makes them the smoothest slings for alpine draws. Simply the BEST sling out there!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Light Weight and not bulky Keep coming back to buying these, nice to keep a bunch of these for alpines though I prefer nylon for double lengths as I can tie knots/weight/remove knots easier for simple anchors where I dont want to break out a cord.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good thin runner I use this runner for 90% of my alpine draws. Its light and has pretty smooth handling. There is a sheath around the stitching that allows biners to rotate freely on the sling and not get hung up.,,,,The only small complaint I have is that the stitching section of the sling is longer than the Black Diamond runners, so you have to fiddle with the sling a bit more (comparatively) when racking it as an alpine draw to get it to sit right. Minor issue though. These are great runners
