Rated 5 out of 5 by from So nice to climb on! I bought a set of these for trad and multi-pitch and so far have loved using them. They are skinny and light, easy to clip and it is so great to always have 2-70 meter ropes with you on a climb for rappelling. A bit faster than I am used to on rappel but with a backup autoblock feels plenty safe. I haven't really beat them up but durability seems good so far, especially for long easy alpine multi-pitch climbing .

The weight on the Mammut 7.5mm Twilight Dry Rope is 93.8 ounce according to your specs....is that for the entire rope or per what??

Asked by: Larry
Hey there, Thanks for reaching out to us! Did you know that one of the earliest units of weight measurement was the grain? As in, literally, a grain of wheat or barleycorn. HISTORY!!!! So, for this, I see the confusion, and I am more than happy to clear it up. So, the 93.8 oz is going to be the weight of the entire rope (60m). If you're looking for the gram per meter measurement, that will be 38 g/m. Hope this helps you out! Hugsies.
