Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Favorite ShoesI love these shoes. They are comfortable and are super sticky. I feel like spider women where I wear these. All in all - a climbing shoe with great edging.

Perfect for wide feetSo comfy for wide feet. Stiff for edging yet still flexible enough for smearing. After trying a few times indoors on easy to moderate top rope and sport routes though, I think I will save these for outdoor only since they are on the stiffer side and not as sensitive on higher surface area footholds. I previously wore a pair of evolv Shakras which are a super flexible shoe and that’s what I’m more used to. I also previously bought a pair of lace up miuras because they were on sale at the gym, and the sizing is hugely different- the lace ups are extremely tight fitting, whereas the Velcro version is extremely comfortable, so just a heads up on that. Barely had to break these in- got a size 35.5 and my street size is 37. Makes me wonder if I should’ve actually gone down maybe half a size. I have a wide toe box but normal heels for reference. Overall seems like an amazing shoe but I’m planning to get a more flexible shoe for indoor training.

Helped me hit the next grade!I'm so happy I went with this shoe! I had been climbing for about 3 months in a neutral shoe (also by La Sportiva) and felt I was plateauing in my progress. Once I got this more aggressive shoe on, I felt I could really stick the toe holds and felt far more confident. Yes, they are a bit uncomfortable to start, and they press on my big toe a bit, but they are wearing in nicely.

Solid aggressive shoes for indoor & outdoor sends!I’ve owned multiple pairs of Miuras, as they are excellent for both indoor and outdoor sport climbing. While more aggressive shoes, they’re pretty comfortable. The rubber is durable yet sticks well on the wall. I imagine I’ll buy another pair when I finally wear through my current two pairs!

Great Pair of Shoes !I have climbed with these inside, both bouldering and lead climbing. They are overall, very comfortable for climbing shoes. I typically wear a size 7 or 7.5 in normal shoes, and bought them in 5.5. Fits great.

Great climbing shoes3 months in of frequent use. Breaking in took just a few sessions but there’s a hot spot on top part of the big toe. Still, for how great they are worth little pain and callus growth. They stick to the wall really well. Great for edging. Surprisingly comfortable. Dye bleeds like crazy, my feet are blue all the time but I do live in Florida and we sweat a lot more here.

This is the shoeThis is the shoe that makes me very happy. The price of the Muira does not make me happy but there are only so many times I can resole my old ones. These are at least my 4th or 5th pair and I keep sucking it up and paying for them because they are the very, very best for me.
In comparison to other less stiff climbing shoes such as the lace up Muiras (without p3 platform), how well do the Muiras VS smear? Does the stiffer sole inhibit smearing to a certain degree or does the shoe become more effective as it is broken in?

Even though they have the same name, the Regular and VS Miura's are actually quite different. The VS has noticeably more down-turn, climbs, and an aggressive fit. They will offer plenty of flex for smearing, while still maintaining lateral support for edging. Yes, the stiff sole will be difficult - to a degree. But that will be a valuable feature when you want to overcome those tiny pockets. This shoe will take some time to get broken in, but the performance should remain consistent. If you are looking for a specialized shoe for aggressive climbing, then I would take a look at the La Sportiva Women's Solutions. You can check them out below. Hope this helps!

NOTES and FIT INFO La Sportiva footwear is built and offered on European half sizes, which are smaller increments than US half sizes. This gives them four extra sizes per size run, and ultimately gives you a better fit.
As a general rule soft shoes like climbing shoes require a tighter fit, or about two to three sizes smaller than your street shoe size.
La Sportiva recommends you fit your trad climbing shoes one to two sizes under your street shoe size.
La Sportiva offers a lot of lasts, and each offers a different fit and feel. Remember to factor in potential stretching.
Unlined slip-lasted shoes tend to stretch a bit more than lined shoes, or about one full size.
Lined shoes stretch about a half size.
