Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Comfortable and stiffI have put 30 miles on these boots and love them! They are a tad narrow but once I broke them in, it hasn’t been an issue. They look nice on your feet!

Great boot!These are wonderful, tread has great grip, boots are firm underfoot yet flexible. Toe box is a tad tighter then some boots I've had, but not uncomfortable. Speedy delivery, and happy overall !

Nice boot for the priceNice boot, waterproof, able to fit my crampons without issue. Minimal/no insulation so not the best for long days in the cold. Did have to size up ~1-1.5 sizes.

Incredible bootsI bought these because of the price point and the tech I got with that price and boy I am glad I did. Crampons fit like a glove, super light and great mid foot flex. Will probably buy a few more pair to have on standby and for boot rotation.

Great bootI bought these boots couple weeks ago work on the ski hill wear them every day to work. My feet are warm dry and comfortable time will tell about durability but so far absolutely excellent

Comfortable Boots Out of the BoxReally liking these boots so far. They required no break in. We went for a 6 hour snowshoe trip up Mt. Ranier the day after I received them and I had no blisters or hot spots at the end. I normally wear a 10.5 in shoes and ordered a 44. They fit well with thick wool socks.
I am concerned that one area on the right toe box looked like the rubber may be detaching from the boot. It doesn’t seem to have got worse after half a dozen more hikes, but I am worried about using them for long snowshoeing trips now.

Great for tree climbingUse these for 3 season arbor work and love them. Run a half size small for narrow feet, full size of you have wide feet. Great traction and all day comfort.
Do these size up or down? I am typically a size 10 US for running shoes. Would you recommend size 43 EU?

Hey there, great question! Based on what I have heard and other reviews, the 43 EU should be the correct size correlation for you. If the fit isn't right beyond just needing to be broken in, send them back to us for a refund or replacement, we don't charge return shipping on footwear! I hope this helps!

My feet size is US 12, should I order a half size larger in the EU size.

Hi Steve, thanks for the question! La Sportiva recommends adding a half EU size to your normal size, a US 12 correlates to an EU 45.5. So I would recommend an EU 46, unfortunately the largest size we have in stock at the moment is the 44. Sorry about that, but I hope this helps!

Thanks for reaching out! This boot is not insulated. I would check out the La Sportiva Men's Nepal EVO GTX Boot or the La Sportiva Men's Nepal Cube GTX Boot. In regards to size, it is recommended to go up a half size to EURO 42.5. I hope this helps!
LA SPORTIVA SIZE and FIT NOTES • La Sportiva footwear is built and offered on European half sizes, which are smaller increments than US half sizes. This gives them four extra sizes per size run, and ultimately gives you a better fit. • Find your US Size in the guide above, then find the Euro Size conversion and ADD ONE HALF SIZE. • The ideal size holds your toes ever so slightly away from the front of the boot while the lacing system is snug across the top of your arch. • If you can try to boots on beforehand, make sure you wear the same size and weight socks you would typically wear with the boots, and any orthotics or custom footbeds you use. • It is ideal to fit boots later in the day since feet are prone to swell slightly as a day progresses. • Wear your boots indoors only until you are confident about the fit. • Your foot should feel snug (not tight) from the arch back into the heel pocket with just a minimum lift as you walk. If your heel lifts make sure the lacing is snug and not too loose. • Your toes should NOT touch the front of the boot, but when you kick the toe into the floor, you should know where the front of the boot is. You want just enough room to wiggle your toes. • If your toes or sides of your feet feel squished, most likely the width is too narrow and the boot will not work for you. • If your toes touch the front of the boot, most likely it is too short and you need the next half size up. • Make sure to keep all original packaging that came with your boots until you are sure that you are happy with your purchase.
