Thanks for the question! Unfortunately, the Women's Oakridge Shoe does not offer any slip-resistance. The outsole is a non-marking Rubber - which is similar to a rubber car tire. You would have to pair it with a Yaktrax device to get any sort of traction. Unfortunately, none of the KEEN shoes will have a slip-resistance feature. You would need to go into a boot category to get any type of protection, such as the Hoodoo III Low Zip Boots. Those will be more rugged and will offer better protection in a wet/ rainy environment.
