Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Great frame and lense, but troublesome side shieldI originally purchased the Julbo Cham sunglasses from Moosejaw. After arriving in the mail, they sat for awhile until an interested buddy came around. We both noticed that the right shield cannot hold on to the frame of the glasses. Mind you, I needed these for a specific glacier climb that was happening later in the year. So, I returned the items to Moosejaw - no issues there. Moosejaw replaced them without a hitch. However, there was a bit of a timing issue with the shipping, so I also ordered another pair from somewhere else. Both "new" pairs arrived at the same time. Upon opening both of the glasses for inspection, both of the glasses had the same original issue. What happens is when pushing downward on the left shield, the shield holds to the frame as pressure increases. On the right shield, however, only the slightest pressure would pop the shield off. The right shield will even just pop off when placing it on my or my buddies face. Kind of rendering the glasses to the point of untrustworthy, simply because I need and rather expect these glasses to be the kind that have shields that can withstand stronger than average winds and snow, rain, and sleet.

Impressive glassesIve been a fan of julbo glasses for decades. These do not disappoint, they are impressive glasses. The side shields make all the difference. Perfect for driving, and in the canoe. Also pretty good for snow!

So awesome i own two variants!I have the specton 3 and Alti Arc 4 versions( all black and black with red highlights) They fit my face very well and look cool. I use the two different ones based on the cloud cover or if i am going to a show. They look pretty cool as well. Also its nice that on both variants they are not polarized so i can see screens and readout in my camera eyepiece .

Great, old school glasses that work!!I’ve used Julbo glasses when I first started climbing. Still have that first pair . . . Like my past pairs these fit great and no worries about high altitude sun on snow/ice. Keep them in a good hard case and they will last a long time.

Great SunglassesI have several pairs of sunglasses from Julbo. Their warranty is excellent! The Cham sunglass (the black with red) seems their best classic metal frame with glass made with mineral (the Alti-Arc +). The Alti-Arc + lens is one of their older lens line. It appears a mixture of Chameleon (CAMEL Lens - Reactive CAT 2-4) and Spectron 4 but more of Camel. Camel lens are made of different material, a NXT It has dark amber view with mirror finish (the '+'). I modified my Cham to have the leather part all black as you need to order it from the manufacturer's site. The fit of this glass is similar to Julbo's older classic Micropore Glacier glasses except lens are larger and overall better fit. The Cham is really nice and comfortable.

Great SunglassesI've owned these for a couple of months now and wear them everyday. Great for running, cycling, even strolling with my little doggie. Took a while to get the ears right, but I've finally adjusted them to "just right" and now never have to adjust them anymore. I like a pretty tight fit for running. I'm either looking up at the sky and mountains, or down at the trail, and I don't like glasses that slide around. Very happy with my purchase.

Best sunglasses ever!I've owned about 5 pairs of julbo sunglasses, these are by far the best looking and best fitting glasses (I have a 10 gallon head.) They are light and confortable, and they block glare very effectively. As an added bonus the side guards are perfect for blocking dust as well, I live in the desert so this is a very nice feature. I highly recomend these for all outdoor activities.
Great question! The only Cham that is Polarized is the Brass/ Leather option. The 3CF & Spectron 4 are Polycarbonate lenses and the Alti Arc 4+ is a mineral lens. I hope this info makes sense :)

Hey there Jinx, great question! These sunglasses are RX-able, but Julbo does not do RX work in house. To get scrips done, just take the frames to an optical lab for more assistance. I hope this helps!

I have two pair of these and cannot keep the leather side wings attached. The clips are plastic and after a short time they are unable to hold them in place. Any suggestions

Hey there thanks for your question!
Julbo is actually weird about those side things being removable or not. They definitely are able to be removed but I know from experience that the little plastic clips wear out easily. I suspect this Is why they won't commit to an answer. Good news is Julbo sells replacement parts for most of their glasses. It looks like the side shields are pretty inexpensive and available in different colors.
