Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Not sure I would buy these again!I bought these mainly for the colors! Really pretty sneakers that can go with pretty much anything. The shoe looks a lot bigger in person. I wear a 9.5 so already starting with a large foot so I try to buy sneakers that don't make my feet look like canoes. The toe area is a bit too roomy so my feet move around when I'm at the gym walking or running on the treadmill.

Not the style for meI personally don't like shoes that don't have adjustable tongue. My foot has a big arch and slip in style shoes tend to be difficult for my foot to slide in. That's the only down side to this shoe style .On the plus side plenty of tread/grip and good amount of Cushion.

NO FOOT PAINI got these because my daughter told me I should try them. I took their quiz and ordered the shoe they recommended. I received them the same week I was leaving for vacation in CO. I was able to hike ALL DAY with no foot pain. I know I would not have been able to go hiking with my family as much if I didn't have my Hoka's. Great shoes, so comfortable and hope they last a long time.

MehProbably wouldn't buy this model of Hoka shoes again. Not near as comfortable as the Hoka Clifton I own. Challenger 7 start hurting my feet at about hour 6. My Clifton's I go 10-12 hours in regularly and never hurts. In description it says good for all day wear but not really.

Sweet and SourOn April 25, 2023 I ordered CHALLENGER 7 GTX in beautiful orange color. Color and waterproof feature was my main reason why I order this sneakers. I was so excited when they came! Next day I wore them for my daily 5 Mike run/hike and was even more happier to prove that my new sneakers were as advertised waterproof. Unfortunately, excitement only lasted a little over 3 months before they became NOT waterproof and started falling apart. GORE-TEX Fabric ripped on outside and foam on the inside of the shoes popped out. I was disappointed, but decided that I will give this brand another chance and at the beginning of August ordered another pair like this in the same color. Color again played the trick. I had no idea that HOKA provides year warranty and discarded my sneakers. So as I said, sweet and sour experience. Hopefully my new pair will do better.

I will def buy these againI've worn Clifton's on the past, but bought these bc we live in the mountains now, so we go on hikes or inclined walks everyday. I have a bad back & neck so I like having the cushion. I plan to try a few other hiking styles for comparison.

I would not buy these shoes again or recommend them.I bought these shoes to hike the Colorado Trail which is 487 miles. These shoes were awesome and comfortable for the first 100 miles but really starting giving out after the 100 mile mark. By the time 200 miles rolled around, these shoes were falling apart. There are rips on the top of the shoes making it so that they are no longer water proof. A big chunk of foam on the front of the shoes ripped off. The fabric is wearing in odd places and the bottom of the shoes are wearing quickly. I am disappointed in how quickly they deteriorated and will be lucky to get through the rest of the trail without having to buy a new pair of shoes.

HOW to MESAURE If you are unsure which shoe size to purchase, please follow the below steps:
1. Trace the outline of each foot on a piece of paper.
2. In a straight line from the middle of the heel to the longest toe, measure the length of each foot.
3.If one foot is longer than the other, take the larger measurement and compare to the chart. Foot length will determine your shoe size - round up or down to the closest size within 2mm.
