I'm sure it's some kind of personal issue and should probably have my feet examined by a professional. I've tried a variety of running shoes over the years with no specific shoe noticeably outperforming the other. I read an article about these shoes and decided to try them. My feet now feel much better after runs and I feel more encouraged when going to amusement parks with my 12 year old. Another situation where my dogs are killing me after about 6 hours of walking around. Best running shoe I've tried so far. Highly recommend.

HOW to MESAURE
If you are unsure which shoe size to purchase, please follow the below steps:

1. Trace the outline of each foot on a piece of paper.

2. In a straight line from the middle of the heel to the longest toe, measure the length of each foot.

3.If one foot is longer than the other, take the larger measurement and compare to the chart. Foot length will determine your shoe size - round up or down to the closest size within 2mm.
