I purchase fleece jackets for him from time to time, as he prefers them to other jacket/sweatshirt/sweater options. About 25 years ago, I’d gotten him a Mammut fleece that he loved. As many new ones as I’d gotten to replace it over the years, it still eclipsed all others in his mind, and he continued to prefer it to newer ones I’ve gifted him, one’s that fit better and look nicer. This is the first time he’s gone for a new fleece—he loves it. It’s warm, sleek, durable, and attractive.

I found this jacket to be somewhat thinner than the last version of the product we purchased and also it fit a little tighter (and we still have the old one so it’s the jacket not the person that has changed sizes). Overall the discrepancies are minor and I’m still happy with the product. And honestly, Moosejaw has been so pleasant to work with! Their emails are so funny!
