Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Great pack but a big too bigThis is a great pack, lightweight and full of features. I own a Jade 33 and have taken it all over the world with me. Now it is time for a bit bigger pack as I prepare for the Camino. I ended up returning this 53 only because it proved too big for my needs. Alas what I really wanted was the Jade 48, but that is not made any longer, nor is the 43! What has happened to these terrific size options?

Fantastic middle sized backpackI purchased this bag as a good middle sized bag, perfect for a day trip with my two young children. This bag was absolutely perfect! It held all my gear plus the diapers, wipes, blankets, and toys my kids needed to be busy during great climbing sessions with my husband.
Highly recommend!

Great but i wish there was an option to switch the shoulder straps outI have an extra small torso but nothing else is extra small. Though this is comfortable i wish there was a way to get a different shoulder strap length or size. I have a bigger medium or large chest and a medium size waist and overall it fits comfortable but i was super happy that i also ordered a mens zulu bag. I love them both but if you have a bigger chest a zulu may be more worth it.

I’m in loveI loved everything about this bag. Literally no complaints. It held up amazingly in the ever changing Florida weather beautifully and kept me from throwing out my back whenever I slung it over my shoulder. I will be getting this bag in a bigger size for my next trip.

This is one of the most comfortable backpacks I've ever owned. It's especially comfortable around the hips, an area for me for which it's often difficult to find a comfortable hip belt. I would have liked for the hydration compartment to be on the outside of the main compartment. The top zippered pocket is also relatively small compared to bags of similar size, but it's sufficient to hold all the essentials.

Durable pack for trekking or travel backpackingI’ve had the Gregory Jade for 6 plus years. It is an older model but I’ve put it through the wringer. Multiple backpacking trips, motorcycle trips, multiple different country trips, and nothing has failed to work yet. Although I have worn through a couple spots in the pack, mostly from the motorcycle trips I think. And I had a critter chew through the mesh snack picked on the waist belt, but that was my fault for leaving my Swedish fish in there over night.

Great backpackI am a fourteen year old girl and I went on the longest hike I had ever gone on with this backpack and it worked like a dream. Fit good on my hips and back. It has great space and for lots of stuff
With this backpack, would I be able to strap a light weight tent on for camping purposes? Thanks!

Would this pack fit as a carry on with United Airlines?(If lightly filled mainly with clothing)

Gregory backpacking packs are available in a size range. Please check the PRODUCT FEATURES and / or SPECIFICATIONS for the torso range measurements of each size of a pack. The steps below are a guide for measuring your torso size.
The hipbelts on Gregory backpacking packs are adjustable to fit a range of sizes. A simple rule of thumb is that the ideal distance between the ends of the hipbelt pads after tightening should be 3 to 5 inches. However, the most important criteria are that the hipbelt wraps clear over the side of your body and that it rests 1 inch above your iliac crest. This allows proper load transfer to your skeletal structure, which maximizes comfort and minimizes energy expenditure.
HOW to MEASURE TORSO SIZE 1. Put your chin to your chest and feel for the big bone protruding on your neck at the top of your spine. That's the C7 vertebra.
2. Feel your hip bone, the top part of this is your iliac crest. Find the spot on your back that is level with the top of this crest.
3. Have someone measure the distance between these two points, following the contours of your spine.
