The Gregory Women's Deva 70L Pack is a women's backpacking pack for exploring the backcountry on weeklong excursions. The women's specific Response A3W suspension lifts heavy loads, regardless of the season, adding comfort thanks to the vented and formed backpanel, and LifeSpan foam through the back, shoulder harness, and hipbelt. The lower back is supported further thanks to LumbarTune, a removable 10mm insert and a silicone grip to prevent slippage. Inside the top loader, you'll find a hydration sleeve/daypack called the SideKick, it's removable and has pack straps for side ventures to that waterfall over yonder. The top pocket features zippered pockets, is removable to drop weight and an included rain cover is hidden inside the front zippered pocket. Load up the SideWinder with an extra water bottle, or stow it when you're traveling light. The U-zip front access allows gear-grabbing from the center of the pack while the lower zippered compartment provides accessibility to your sleeping bag, with a removable internal divider.

Products on Sale are Discontinued Styles or Colors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome I am Brazilian. Bought it for my girlfriend for a trip to Atacama for 25 winter days. I have the Baltoro 75 and we are both very satisfied with Gregory. Very comfortably and a good equilibrium between capacity and weight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome pack I bought this pack after many reviews. Used it on our first backpacking trip this weekend and it was awesome. Looking to using it with more trips to come.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Accessible I bought this for a 10 day trip to Thailand. Super comfortable and everything I needed was easily accessible. I liked how it opened from the front like a suitcase. It may have been large for 10 days but it easily fit everything I needed plus room for souvenirs. It came with an awesome little day pack that I used as my carry-on. Every inch of this bag had well thought out compartments and a rain cover in the outside pocket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfortable! I bought this backpack last minute for a trip (literally the night before) for a 6 day trip in the Tetons and feel very lucky I did. With no time to break it in or experiment with packing, I was still very happy with it. I ALWAYS get bruises on my hip bones and my collar bones just because they stick out. I had bruises with my Deva, it's unavoidable, but with the great padding it was more tolerable when I had to put the pack on over the bruises.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features, nice color choice, roomy! I bought this online without having tried any backpacking packs on in store before. This was purchased for a 6 day backpacking thru-hike coming up this summer 2018. This is my first purchase of a backpack and will by my first backpacking trip. I read many reviews on different brands, sizes, and features and found this Gregory Deva 70L was the best pack for my needs and budget. I chose this product based on the following: - Charcoal Gray color: one of the few brands and styles I could find a women's pack in gray - Size 70L to accommodate for a 6 day thru-hike - Features that appealed to me: included raincover (some competitors do not include raincovers and must be purchased separately for around $30-40), hydration sleeve that functions as a removable daypack, belt zip pockets, flexible shoulder straps and hipbelt, vented lumbar support, durable fabric, front U-zip access allows easier access to items in the middle or lower pack, sleeping back compartment with removable internal divider - Price - Positive reviews by others - Gregory well known manufacture with reputable warranty and quality of products The pack arrived and I took a week trying it on several times, packing it with some weight around the house, examining it's features. Unfortunately, the shoulder straps just felt too stiff for my liking and body build resulting in uncomfortable pressure on shoulders. I wish this pack would have fit me personally as I really liked the features it offered. The zippers were all easy to operate, snagfree and zipper pulls were sturdy. Plastic snap closures provided a secure fit with a reassuring "click" and durable compression straps. The fabric of the pack seems durable and a water resistant. Dark gray color would hide dirt. The hydration sleeve is a light aqua colored backpack that fits/clips into back inside wall of pack. This can be removed for a daypack. Front pockets were extra roomy for clothing, or larger items needing to access easily. The U-zip front access was nice and makes it easy to pack similar to a duffel bag. I have very little complaints about this pack with the exception it just was not a comfortable fit personally. I should also note that the side hipbelt pockets were weatherproof, however a very snug fit for an iPhone 7. Any larger of a smartphone you would not be able to fit in the pocket. Had I kept this pack it would have been an inconvenience to not easily take my iPhone in/out easily/quickly. I never did use this product on the trail and decided to return it. I purchased a pack similar by a competitor brand, however with all products there are pros/cons to each brand. The pack I decided on has drawbacks as well but the comfort level of the shoulder straps and hipbelt outweigh the cons with anticipation of carrying 35-40 pounds. My suggestion is to find a retailer that sells packs and try several on to find what brand/style is most comfortable to you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Pack! All of our family go-to packs are Gregory's. They are the most comfortable, easily packable packs we've used. (We've used Lowe Alpine and Osprey, as well.) This Deva is great! It is my daughter's pack. It is very comfortable for her to carry fully loaded. For the weight, this pack carries easily. The forward-canted water bottle pouch is a great addition, as is the thoughtful, easily separated daypack stashed inside. The fact that this comes with a rain cover - bonus! We love our Gregory packs!

- + Size Guide

Gregory Women's Packs

Gregory backpacking packs are available in a size range. Please check the PRODUCT FEATURES and / or SPECIFICATIONS for the torso range measurements of each size of a pack. The steps below are a guide for measuring your torso size.

The hipbelts on Gregory backpacking packs are adjustable to fit a range of sizes. A simple rule of thumb is that the ideal distance between the ends of the hipbelt pads after tightening should be 3 to 5 inches. However, the most important criteria are that the hipbelt wraps clear over the side of your body and that it rests 1 inch above your iliac crest. This allows proper load transfer to your skeletal structure, which maximizes comfort and minimizes energy expenditure.

1. Put your chin to your chest and feel for the big bone protruding on your neck at the top of your spine. That's the C7 vertebra.

2. Feel your hip bone, the top part of this is your iliac crest. Find the spot on your back that is level with the top of this crest.

3. Have someone measure the distance between these two points, following the contours of your spine.
