Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Fits great, like the color and optionsFirst purchased an xs but it needed to be a little longer, so had to return and I got the small in the Antiqua color. It fit much better and I hope that this pack is going to work great for a hut to hut in CO that I am doing for 4 nights. I haven't had the chance to take it backpacking yet, but it feels like it fits close to my body and sits correctly on my hips.

Highly recommend, great pack with lots of featuresThis pack fit me like a dream after getting fitted and finding out I needed a much smaller size than I thought. It has tons of great features like a lightweight detachable daypack and a raincover included. It is sturdy and comfy, and provides a decent amount of room. I do have trouble fitting my larger sleeping bag (Nemo Forte 20 Long) in this pack though, that's my only complaint! Great bag for beginner backpacking :)

Great pack making hiking/camping easyThis pack had multiple different pockets and features that are well thought out. The included day pack made a trip to the Grand Canyon much easier as you could leave the full pack behind for lighter weight.

Good backpacking packUsed this pack so far for a 5 day backpacking trip. Was able to fit a bear can in it along with all my stuff for a 5 day trip through the Sierras. I loved all the pockets - it helped keep everything organized. Overall, it was comfortable.
My biggest issue with it though is that the waistband is too big for me and it doesn't come in a smaller size. I got the Small. I have a 17" torso, 25" waist, 33" hips and I could not get the waist straps to tighten enough. I ended up having to take the buckle off to give me 3 more inches to tighten it down, and then I also had to use foam padding my friend had to increase bulk, making it a huge pain to take the pack on/off, and even then it was too big.
Overall, I think it would be a good backpacking pack for a 2-7 day trip. I just wish the waist belt came in smaller sizes. If you are petite, I would suggest another brand.

I love everything about this pack with the exception of the hip belt. Every trip left me with large bruises on my hips until I created some additional padding and added it to the existing belt.

Solid from Idaho to Norway!When deciding to upgrade my backpacking set up, I mulled over which rucksack to get for months. I consulted all my buddies in the industry and read every review and always came back to the Deva. What a solid choice it was! I've now had this pack through a summer season in central Idaho and a winter season while I study outdoor education in Norway. This pack has already been through hell and back but it's structural integrity and every piece of it still looks pristine. Gregory did phenomenal with the pocket set up, access points, and tiny details (the sunglasses holder is my absolute favorite). My only gripe with it is the bottom section (separated by a removable divider) barely fits my Kelty synthetic sleeping bag. It makes me worry I'll break the zipper and wish I opted for a down bag. Nonetheless, it deserves the awards it got!

Awesome packGregory makes great packs to begin with, and the Deva stays in that tradition. It's been used on multiple over night and several night stay trips. Holds enough for one person for a couple days and has enough space to carried a part of kiddos gear when we've gone on family trips. My wife loves this pack and I would highly recommend it because of her experience with it.
I am going on a two week trip to Africa. I will be staying 3 days with the nuns doing some work then my husband and I will be on a 6 day safari...... then add on the travel time in planes which add up to a couple days..... will this pack work for me?

Hey there Jodijill, good question! It really all depends on how much gear you are taking with you and how efficiently you are able to stuff this pack. If all you have to worry about is clothes, I think you would have no problem making this pack work. However, if you are getting into some more technical packing with additional gear; I might think about going up to the 70L option, to give yourself a little more wiggle room. I hope this helps!
Gregory backpacking packs are available in a size range. Please check the PRODUCT FEATURES and / or SPECIFICATIONS for the torso range measurements of each size of a pack. The steps below are a guide for measuring your torso size.
The hipbelts on Gregory backpacking packs are adjustable to fit a range of sizes. A simple rule of thumb is that the ideal distance between the ends of the hipbelt pads after tightening should be 3 to 5 inches. However, the most important criteria are that the hipbelt wraps clear over the side of your body and that it rests 1 inch above your iliac crest. This allows proper load transfer to your skeletal structure, which maximizes comfort and minimizes energy expenditure.
HOW to MEASURE TORSO SIZE 1. Put your chin to your chest and feel for the big bone protruding on your neck at the top of your spine. That's the C7 vertebra.
2. Feel your hip bone, the top part of this is your iliac crest. Find the spot on your back that is level with the top of this crest.
3. Have someone measure the distance between these two points, following the contours of your spine.
