Ordered a half size down due to previous reviews and they fit well. Overall impression is it is a lightweight sneaker boot, cute for going downtown in cold weather. This would definitely not be a boot to wear in the backcountry or on any serious hike. The leather is on the cheaper side and the single stitching make me think they will be good for only a season or two.

There was no break-in period, they felt great from the moment I put them on. They are waterproof which is key for me since I live in the PNW. I have the black color and have received compliments on these from both men and women. Two of my girlfriends purchased a pair after me because they're so cute and functional and love them too. I highly recommend these boots!

I needed something that was warm, waterproof and comfortable enough to walk 10 miles since I pretty much walked everywhere I went. This was the perfect boot for my trip. I also do tons of hiking and can totally see that these would be perfect for that as well. I now wear them almost everyday and have gotten so many compliments on them. I read a bunch of reviews before my purchase and glad I did. I typically wear a size 6.5 shoe but I ordered a size 7, they are perfect.
