Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Very flattering jacket to wear with the keb pantsWasn’t sure about sizing for this jacket but I took a chance and ordered my regular size small and it fits perfect and is very flattering to also wear with jeans. The cut is slim but there is ample stretch which makes it perfect to wear on a chilly day. The hood is huge but folds down nicely so it didn’t bother me that the hood was so large. The picture online really doesn’t do the jacket justice, its much nicer in person.

Excellent construction, not too h20 resistantBought a month ago. Very happy with the purchase for a technical outlet layer. Have taken climbing and on a bushcraft adventure.
Seems to wear well. The stitching is excellent and features like pockets are well thought out. Massive hood is good for wearing over a helmet.
I wish the g1000 fabric went over the tops of the shoulders where rain tends to land. I live in the pnw and on a semi-rainy day I was getting moisture seeping in after about 2 hours exposure.
Treated with nikwax and seems to be doing better now. As someone with small hips the flare at the bottom of the jacket is a little extreme for me, feels less like a tight technical shell and more like a wide cut summer blouse.
Otherwise this is an excellent piece of kit

Love this jacket its a real find !I just bought a black Keb jacket for my spouse and have owned one of my own for over a year. I have grown weary of plasticy, humid, "waterproof" nylon jackets. They are life savers when rain or snow are threats, but so many days are cool, cold, and blustery. Who wants to wear a plastic bag in these conditions?
We live and hike above Santa Fe NM and we frequently go cross-country in pinon-juniper scrub in the lower elevations. This jacket breaths well, provides great protection from heavy brush, and looks sharp. The zippers are heavy duty and equipped with sizeable leather pulls to facilitate handling with gloves. Side vents are positioned to allow access to slash pockets on a mid layer fleece or vest worn inside. The hood serves as a veritable bomb shelter when you need one (I wear glasses and keeping lenses dry and fog free is critical). A brass wire sewn inside the edge of the hood is easily shaped as you require and stays out of the way when the hood is thrown back, allowing you to balance visibility and protection from wind blown snow or rain. The chest pockets fit a pair of liner gloves and a beanie/headband on each side, with smaller pockets inside for holding a cell phone snug. They are made of a stretch fabric and easily accommodate an iphone 6.
My only criticism of the jacket is that the canvas-like fabric on the lower sleeves should go all the way up the sleeves to the shoulders. This would provide slightly better protection from scrub, wet branches, and fresh snow resting on branches.
I hope this jacket remains available in 10 years when I might need a new one. I did buy a block of FjallRaven wax to restore the jacket's water repellancy (try doing this with gortex!) but I haven't used it yet. In all, I'm so glad I found this jacket -- its so nice to wear something that feels like protective clothing rather than a plastic bag.

FJALLRAVEN FIT NOTES All you need is a tape measure! Ask a friend to take your measurements while standing in a straight and relaxed position without shoes. Remember that the tape measure should not be pulled too tight around the body but not be too loose either.
Avoid bulky clothes For the most accurate result, you should be measured wearing only your undergarments or close-fitting clothing, for example, a base layer. It's not a good idea to measure yourself wearing jeans, sweaters or other bulky clothing.
HOW to MEASURE ARM LENGTH: Bend the elbow slightly, then measure from the centre back of the neck, over the shoulder to the elbow, and down to the wrist.
BUST: Measure straight under your arms around your body at the fullest part of your bust.
WAIST: Measure around your waist at the narrowest part.
SEAT: Standing with your feet hip-width apart, measure around your hips at the widest part.
