Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Great jacket but...This jacket is fantastic save for one thing... no hip/handwarmer pockets! I read a review before purchasing that mentioned this very issue, but I decided to purchase anyway and realized (too late) how right they were. My keys and my phone look really odd hanging out in the chest pockets. I love the jacket but for the price it is, this seems like a massive miss. Aside from that major design flaw, the jacket is very well constructed and has kept me dry in more than one deluge (which is the sole reason I'm keeping it). I found it runs a bit bigger than other Fjallraven Jackets--I'm usually between a small and a medium and could have fit a small comfortably in this. I chose the medium, however, because I wanted the option of a heavier layer underneath. For reference, I'm 5'6", 34A, 145lbs, athletic build.

Unbeatable for fall!Makes hiking and biking in the rain and sour wind bearable. Love the fit, the pockets, and the breathable, yet waterproof performance. I’m also getting lots of compliments!

ExcellentBought this a gift for my daughter. She is 5’10 and 130lbs and the medium fit well. Instead of hand pockets the side vents for this jacket line up with her Fjällräven Keb fleece hoodie as intended. The zippered chest pockets a large enough to hold any type of phone( you could fit a IPad mini in them) The navy color is spot navy blue . The quality of Fjällräven lives up to the hype. All materials are
quality. The eco-shell held up for a full day of walking in the rain.

What I needed!I am in between sizes, probably like most humans. I purchased that large so that I could wear a coat underneath if I liked. Layering is amazing, but I think a medium, which is the size I typically wear for shirts and many other things, would have worked better. I am very happy with my coat and will keep it for many years. I bought it after my previous rain coat let me down and realized that it rains all the time in Michigan. There is no lower pockets, those are vents or zipper openings that let you access other pockets. There is however pockets above the waste that work well when backpacking.

No side pockets !!Love this jacket except it has no side pockets....just 2 zipper vents. No place to put hands, gloves or just stuff !! The spec description says 5 exterior packets. It only has 3. Two chest & one arm pocket. The spec description also says 2 interior pockets. There’s only one.
Is my jacket defective ?
Love the quality of the jacket but find the lack of pockets annoying. Will be keeping it, nonetheless.

Great Flexible JacketAfter purchasing the Bertagen, I ended up getting a Keb Eco-Shell. I was looking for something lighter, that I could travel with and wear on a daily basis. This definitely fit the bill. I enjoy it a smidge more than my blue Bertagen! It held up fantastically against the daily Pacific Northwest rain, and wind gusts. I like the color options, and how light and flexibility. The material does stretch, and the material has very little noise. The side vents, I don’t use that often, but when I wear my ultra light down vest (middle layer), I can zip the vent zipper down to access the pockets. I am a huge pocket person, so it’s still odd to use the chest pockets. Also as a women, anything beyond my iPhone X, it’s lumpy and odd looking (but a plus for guys or flatter chested women—which I am neither). The items I would also improve are: the Velcro cuffs as you can’t leave them open wide as the Velcro ends will not meet (you can barely meet the ends on the Bertagen), have the same zipper pulls like the Bertagen where little anchors at the end to grab on to with gloves on, add a similar RECCO device as the Bertagen (though not on top of the hood), make the sleeve pocket larger as it’s unusually small, and the shoulder badge of the brand is pretty big (I feel like a walking billboard at times). I love the media port (which is not available in their Bertagen), and it fits better...closer to athletic builds. I am somewhat in between a small and medium, and while both fit my thick layers my 2nd Keb is a small while my initial keb is a medium. The colors are great, especially the glacier green (which is more of a teal—can be blue or green depending on how you look at it). My other keb is the “lava”, which isn’t the darker red in the picture, but pretty bright. I wish some of the more earth tones that are available for men’s Keb eco shells, were available. I would love a brown, but I think they call it a shade of green. So if you’re looking for a light, quiet, flexible, stretchy, hard shell...keb is great! I foresee a lot of use and traveling with this jacket. I can stuff it in my bag without a care, and it doesn’t wrinkle. I already took it as a light evening jacket in the Los Angeles area, and was warm even on the plane! I reached both the Bertagen and Keb eco shells and both do their jobs well, while being a bit better for the environment. The Keb eco shell has been in production for some time now, and it has gone through some slight variations (mostly materials), as it’s Fjällräven’s flagship product, but many have used this jacket for a long period of time which I didn’t get from NorthFace (their jackets high end “tough” jackets barely last me a year—but another story).

Really waterproofI wanted a waterproof jacket to wear hiking and backpacking and this jacket delivered! I like the fit, especially the hood adjustments, and the quiet, flexible fabric--not stiff and not noisy. I selected the XL after receiving the L, which was too snug for an insulating layer (I was a L on the size chart). Even so, the sleeves are bit snug, but they won't be catching on branches or dragging in the oatmeal.

FJALLRAVEN FIT NOTES All you need is a tape measure! Ask a friend to take your measurements while standing in a straight and relaxed position without shoes. Remember that the tape measure should not be pulled too tight around the body but not be too loose either.
Avoid bulky clothes For the most accurate result, you should be measured wearing only your undergarments or close-fitting clothing, for example, a base layer. It's not a good idea to measure yourself wearing jeans, sweaters or other bulky clothing.
HOW to MEASURE ARM LENGTH: Bend the elbow slightly, then measure from the centre back of the neck, over the shoulder to the elbow, and down to the wrist.
BUST: Measure straight under your arms around your body at the fullest part of your bust.
WAIST: Measure around your waist at the narrowest part.
SEAT: Standing with your feet hip-width apart, measure around your hips at the widest part.
