If you live, work or, play in a humid environment you will be relieved that the zippered vents are there because the material does not breathe well. The material is durable and slick so if you’re tearing around on your mountain bike and you eat it they might save your skin from contusions. The fit is on the slim side but the stretchy crotch will keep them from blowing out. If you jump a chain link fence, for whatever reason, that stretchy crotch fabric will get snagged so be careful. No back pockets is the biggest gripe for me.

Vey comfortable for those long summer hikes and nicely equipped with enough pockets for necessities. The trouser is slightly heavier than others but it’s insignificant considering you are getting a more robust material.

I like the front pockets (two slash pockets and three snap closure pockets), The waist height which is not too low or too high, the thigh vents, which when open all the way give a surprising amount of cooling, the ankle closure system, and the boot lace hooks. I expect to be wearing these for a long time.

Hello. I'm interested in getting a pair of these but never purchased Fjallravens pants or shirts. I am 6ft 195lbs waist is 36 I figured I am a 52 but wondered what the inseam is on the regular size 52? I know in long length it adds 2".

Thanks for reaching out! Based on your measurements, the size 52 should work best for you. The regular inseam is approximately 32 inches and the long is 34 inches. Based on your height, I think the regular will be a tad short on your. I hope this information helps!

Hey there, thanks so much for pointing this out! You are correct, if the pants do not indicate a length they are the regular. It looks like the only Buckwheat Brown colorway is incorrectly labeled (without any length measurement for the regular) and that has caused quite a mess in the size menu. We are working to get that fixed ASAP. Thanks again for letting us know!
